Orient Hotel

booked this location based on reviews (I guess fake) on trip.com. the location was in a seedy area of *** massage places and 'spas' with no real quality food or convenience stores nearby. the room I booked was very old and pretty shabby, and bed hard as typical in chinese 2 star hotels...but the big problem was a zoo of noisy neighbors in the nearby rooms, smoking and carrying on all up and down the hallway. walls and windows were paper thin, so i went to the management to ask about canceling my reservation and moving to a nearby brand new Country Inn from Radisson that was 2 doors down and seemed quieter and was actually less expensive....they offered me a different room and gave me the key to check it out... it was a huge 150m2 apartment type room on its own floor, so no neighbors to make noise.. I accepted. but, all night due to paper thin windows you could hear every truck, scooter and car rumble down the road. the sheets were starched cardboard, and literally cracked when you move them....and the pinnacle of ridiculousness was the giant bathroom with a shower head mounted too close to the wall to stand under it, and max 2% water pressure. There was only a trickle of almost warm water coming from the shower head. oh and another impressive 'feature' of this suite was a dressing room with at least 5 closets with a total of 2 hangers to hang your clothes... so in all, was just a huge empty noisy room with no amenities. I appreciate the staff offering the upgrade, but they should update the hotel including their vip suite

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，自助洗衣也很方便，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。前台美女小谷姐姐服務超熱情，還幫我免費升級了豪華大床房，第一次入住東方，性價比這麼高！！！主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！總而言之非常棒！

很好的酒店，入住時貼心的給指引了電梯位置，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台小李服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦，而且大廳很香，不刺鼻，味道淡淡的，特別要誇一下她們家的服務態度，一級棒
