There was no hot water for showering. I turned the hot water valve on full 5 for 20 minutes, but still no hot water! I thought I'd turned it on backwards, so I turned it on again for 20 minutes, still no hot water! Service: I booked the room two hours ago, and within two hours they hadn't contacted me about the lack of rooms, nor sent any message informing me that there were no rooms available. When I arrived at the location it was already past midnight, and the front desk simply told me there were no rooms available, and the final resolution was essentially nonexistent! Environment: The above problems resulted in an extremely poor stay and a terrible rest. What's the point of a good environment if I can't sleep in the lobby?"

The small bed room, and the front desk lady gave us the same price. I really want to make the guests comfortable from the heart. The people of Jixian County are too friendly and kind. On interior comfort (impeccable): This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, you can see the picture below! Hygienic: The room is spotless, the floor is bright, the bathroom does not have a hair strand and water stains, and the disinfection tastes faint, which makes people particularly at ease. Bedding: Must be praised separately! The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the pillows are optional at different heights, the quilt is fluffy and skin-friendly, and lying down is like being wrapped in clouds. About the surrounding environment (icing on the cake): The location of the hotel is really amazing! Going out is the street of the ancient city of Yuguo. You have everything you want to eat and play. "The room had very poor soundproofing. Noise continued past 2 AM, making it impossible to get any sleep. Around 7 AM, loud noises started up all over again. The room had a strong, pungent smell of cigarette smoke – so bad even a smoker would find it offensive. The slippers provided were incredibly flimsy and barely fit for use. Despite the season, the bedding was still a thick, heavy cotton comforter, which was completely uncomfortable. To sum up, having stayed at hotels all over the country, I'd say this is probably the worst GreenTree Inn I've ever checked into."
