"For such a large hotel, the room check-in area and the accommodation area are not on the same floor. On rainy days, I had to go out and run to another floor. I was really shocked. The parking lot is so far from the hotel. The facilities in the room are OK, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the front desk service is good. The breakfast is OK."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff are very nice."

"Very convenient location, service is good."

"The hotel environment is elegant and clean, and the location view is good. All kinds of facilities are perfect and advanced, the room hardware is fully equipped, and it is very easy to use. The overall quality is online, the stay experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended!"

"Probably the best hotel in Ju county. Great location and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting Ju county."

"Whenever I visit Juxian, I always choose this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the overall environment and facilities are top-notch. It's also very conveniently located near Shuhe Bay, and the surrounding area is lovely. Truly a fantastic environment in every aspect."

"The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and the front desk staff of the hotel are warm and thoughtful, making guests feel at home. The hotel has convenient parking and you can bring your dog with you. I really like this hotel!"

"The room was clean and the bed was not soft or hard. The bath water was hot and the water pressure was enough. The front desk was quick to do things, and asked the place to eat nearby and patiently said. The price is not expensive, there is nothing uncomfortable to live, it is quite suitable."

"First, let's talk about the positives. From booking to check-out, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive 👍. Secondly, the hotel's location is probably the best in the old town; the balcony overlooks the river and offers views of the square stage, and it's very quiet at night. Now, let's move on to the positives. We booked two suites. The one we stayed in was a wedding suite (one room for the bride and one for the parents, not mentioned in the booking information), which might be a bit disappointing if you don't like it. I understand the hotel might want to save costs by having fixed decorations for the wedding suite, but it was clearly poorly maintained. There were various signs of pasting, and the area above the bed was covered in roughly taped decorations, with a row of hooks pointing towards the head and dangling plastic strips. It was very uncomfortable. Secondly, it's one thing for a suite not to have a mini-bar, but one room didn't have slippers (although they were replaced), another didn't have hand towels, floor mats, or tea bags, and both rooms had only the bottom of the hand soap bottles—couldn't they even replenish them? They can't even properly check rooms? What's most unacceptable is the extremely poor hygiene of the bathroom. There was hair and spiders in the shower, the water flow in the sink was very weak, and there was only one set of fire-fighting equipment? Is this the kind of condition a hotel should have? There are pictures to prove all of the above. Also, don't expect the hotel shuttle bus during holidays, as they say it's too crowded and the bus can't go. You have to carry your luggage yourself. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know what the quality of the breakfast was and won't comment on it."
