The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"Staying in Kaili for one night, the Hampton by Hilton was an excellent choice. The room was neat and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was very personable. The breakfast was great; you absolutely have to try the sour soup rice noodles or regular noodles. I'd definitely go back again if I have the chance."

"The room was incredibly spacious! Absolutely amazing! A big shout out to Zhao at the front desk for helping us arrange for a bellhop to take our luggage to the room. She also made sure we got connecting rooms, which was fantastic! And the service of storing our items in the fridge and delivering them to our room at 6 AM was excellent. This was by far the best and largest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Guizhou, and the breakfast was also superb."

"Got a room upgrade so my room was huge. Place was very clean, had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location was on a side street from a major road, so the hotel was quiet but still convenient if you want to take the bus or if you want can walk around 15 minutes to the shopping malls and night street food market. Fast wifi and free washer on the 7th floor too. Just let reception know when you leave hotel for the day and they will clean your room daily, they will remind you to do so during checkin! Very friendly staff from all those on the front desk, to the cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Kaili city."

"I came to Kaili for a trip and thought staying near the South Station would make getting around easier. I randomly picked this hotel online and was pleasantly surprised by how good my stay was. The hotel is very tidy, the bedding and bathroom are clean, and the room has great natural light. It's easy to find right by the road, and the windows are soundproof so it's not noisy. Being a standalone hotel, the safety factor is high. The owner was also great and quickly helped us with any questions we had! Highly recommend!"

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near water, and to be out of the main town (Kaili) - that said, this hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Kaili South Station.... You can't drive to the door of the hotel, so use a map app to help you walk to the hotel from where your taxi drops you off (don't worry, you won't walk far). The hotel has a lovely courtyard, big bright rooms and you can go to the roof to over look the river and parts of Xiasi Old Town. For breakfast when I was there the selection was sour noodles, congee, boiled eggs and pickled cucumber."

The house is right by the lake, and the view from the window is pleasant. The centuries-old buildings are simple and natural, and the former wealthy families and people's communes make people think about it. A combination of history and modernity."

"One of the rooms may have a leaking toilet, the floor was full of water, and I couldn't wear slippers to go to the toilet. The second floor of the hotel is the first floor of the residential area. I don't know what's in the stairwell, but it kept buzzing. I changed rooms once, but it was still the same. The front desk said there were no other rooms, so I had to change back to the original room. The front desk service was okay. One side of the big bed was against the wall. I had a bowl of noodles outside for breakfast. If I parked, the hotel only included parking fees once during my stay. If I parked, I had to pay for it myself. I had to go up several steps to take the elevator to the parking lot, and it was very difficult to carry large luggage."

"Had a wonderful time at this accommodation, the staff (阳阳 and 粟某) were so friendly and attentive even before we arrived, coordinating everything we needed including helping us to charter a private car for our day trips! They even provide a free itinerary planning service and gave lots of great tips and recommendations throughout our stay, checking in on us even when we were out exploring and giving real time recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Overall I highly recommend staying here when in Kaili!"

"Staying here was incredibly comfortable and convenient. Compared to many guesthouses within the village that are situated higher up and require climbing numerous stone steps, this guesthouse, located halfway up the mountain, has a remarkably friendly location. The owner even offered to carry our luggage, saving us the effort, and it was just a few minutes' walk up a gentle stone path, making it easy even with a child. We had barely checked in and recovered from our journey when the front desk staff brought us a box of fresh fruit, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The overall design was modern and stylish, the facilities were new, and it even featured smart home appliances. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a unique charm both day and night. The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors offered panoramic views of the outdoors. In the mornings, wisps of smoke from the terraced houses on the hillside gently rose, adding a touch of life to the serene, emerald-green rice paddies. The stilted houses, built against the mountain, were scattered artfully, creating a tranquil and harmonious pastoral scene with the crisscrossing fields. At sunrise, the golden light cascaded over the dark brown wooden houses and lush green rice fields, bathing the entire village in a warm, golden glow, making the scenery even more vibrant and captivating. At night, lights from every household twinkled like scattered stars across the mountains, arranged in neat rows and patterns, resembling strings of beads hanging in the night sky – truly romantic and beautiful. The Miao village answered every expectation with its beauty; we truly experienced the beautiful Xijiang here."

"We chose this hotel instead inside the miao village because accessibility ( guess its suited for the elders or tour groups) because we dont have to walk-up steps with the other hotels inside the village but I heard reviews the staff of the other hotels inside village will come pick you up and help you with luggage, anyway the impression of the hotel is very big, as with the rooms, Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, Water is quite strong in shower, Breakfast area is very big, the food is so so, due lots of dishes not hot enough, its cold may be the warmers the lids not closed, Overall its pleasant stay."
