📍 12-5 Saiwaimachi, Kanda

"Very poor value for money. I paid over 10,000 yen per night, but the room was small, there were almost no amenities, and breakfast was an additional charge. The facility was generally dimly lit and had a cigarette smell. I would avoid staying multiple nights."

"It was reasonably priced and good. However, the check-in time being until 10 PM is a slight drawback. If it were at least until midnight, I would definitely use it again in the future..."
