Nice view from the room with Mountain View on the 7th floor. Bedsheets and towels changed daily, water bottles provided everyday for free. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient 24h room service if you need anything to eat or drink in the middle of the night.

The experience was overall okay, but the staff woke us up early in the morning (at 8AM). There was no noise proof, could hear people walking in the hallways.

We had a wonderful stay with my family at Holoday Inn Express Kathmandu Nepal room. It is a very good stay for family vacation. Very good food, clean rooms, very well located in the city and more. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. During our stay for even a single second we didn't feel that we are staying away from home. Here I would like to specially THANK Mr Bikram and the staff Bishaka,Manisha and Sabina for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfast and the staff I love the food as well as the service. People are very friendly and professional. Manisha and bishaka were amazing they served me masala tea which I loved it. Will visit again. The location is also amazing.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! All the employees were really nice and friendly with us AND the other guests. Especially the employee Manisha, who talked with us about the diffrent things Nepal has to offer. The extra bed service could have been faster, but whoever who set the extra bed for 505 15th June really deserves a raise! Both of them respected all personal boundaries, they also listened to everything I said for setting up the bed. To summarise, I had a really fascinating experience with Holiday Inn, there were a few things you could have improved, but you really deserve a five-stars!! Keep it up.
