"We stayed 8 days in Kathmandu and felt very comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were nicely appointed and properly sized. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. All of the staff were kind and friendly and offed help for arranging anything we needed. Dipesh, their barista prepared delicious coffee each morning and made a recommendation for Ayurvedic massage nearby, helping with reservations. It was an amazing massage. In the evenings, Bijay, their bartender was able to make exceptional cocktails and served us so well. We would definitely return and stay again."

"The front desk held my bags while I went on an overnight excursion. When I came back, there was a giant cockroach on my bag that jumped into my leg. The front desk staff saw the incident and when I asked them to kill the cockroach they just shrugged and half-heartedly said they would spay the area later. The room was also tired and the sheets had burn marks on them. The breakfast was good and a good deal for the price, but the hygiene issues were so severe that my friend and I canceled our second booking after returning from Bhaktapur and changed hotels."
