OYO 231 Hotel Magnificent View

Located on the edge of Thamel, close to all the shopping , restaurants, cafes, monet exchange booths and ATMs, but on a quiet street so restful. The hotel is very clean with modern facilities, nice rooms, good linens and toiletries. There is plenty hot water, a safe,air conditioning and food WiFi. Rooms are cleaned to a good standard daily. The breakfast buffet changes every morning, and provides for all nationalities, with eggs to order also. There is food available all day too. Best of all are the staff on reception and the restaurant, who are always helpful and polite. Ganga the manager is ever present, and happy to help with any arrangements. I stayed before and after travelling around Nepal and was welcomed back like an old friend! Thank you for making me feel at home!

Perfect place to stay, good location Center of Kathmandu. Hotel is clean and comfortable. but the bathroom smelly. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are small. Staff are very friendly. Manager Ganga is a very friendly person.

Great location! Close to shopping and restaurants and yet quiet and away from it all. Wonderful breakfast and rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better trip. Without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my travels, chiefly due to its wonderful staff, location, and accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Garden of Dreams, which is a wonderful site to see and makes getting to and from the hotel quite easy! Staff was exceedingly courteous and helpful, consistently positive - especially the manager! Finally, our rooms were lovely and quite comfortable! I really couldn’t recommend this space enough.

We stayed on three separate occasions at Magnificent Hotel during out visit to Nepal. Great hotel with spaceous, clean rooms, central location close to garden of Dreams and Ganga (manager) was of great help. All in all strongly recommend!

We are 2 friends travel kathmandu many time and this time we stay at magnificent hotels which is very clean and convenient. Location is so wonderful quite place in thamel. We recommend anyone who visit Nepal stay a magnificent for one night. Restaurant food is so testy and hygnic.
