It was a great choice for business stay owing to the serene location of this property. I enjoyed my stay and especially the secure location such that I would spend my evenings jogging or walking in the surrounding. I recommend for business stays

Excellent staff and a great view. We really loved our stay and would be happy to return. A real home from home. Airport pick up and drop off also very reasonable and extremely professional. Clean, reasonable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The view from the outdoor restaurant was amazing and I will refer that to potential guests. The breakfast too was notable. I enjoyed the omelette made my chefs. Esther is a barista extraordinaire. She made great mocha and chai latte. Her customer service is also top-notch.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very adequate for people who don’t like noisy places. The hotel itself is really nice, and has a nice scenery as it is located a bit up the hills. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is quick to help and very friendly. The food was good! Especially the breakfast!

We had an excellent service in general, I would rate Alex for his customer service. High recommended ONOMO coffee (best coffee ever). Nice view…FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff in the hotel helped me when I became unwell on a work trip. Angel and her team were very caring and checked each and every detail with me, made sure I was ok and supported me a lot. When the chips are down the staff in this hotel are there for you. Highly recommend 5 stars

"Staying at Onomo Hotel in Kigali was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. The hotel's modern and stylish decor created a welcoming ambiance throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The onsite dining options offered a delicious array of local and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palate. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Kigali's attractions, and the tranquil a**osphere provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my experience at Onomo Hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali."

This is an absolutely delightful place to stay. Very stylish, clean and well run, nicely designed with superb views across the city. Staff were consistently efficient, polite and helpful. Rooms very comfortable. Really can't fault the whole experience.
