"I am used to travel all over the world and I was impressed by this hotel. I would like to thank personally BATAMURIZA Jennifer and Fridah for her warm welcome! The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing . The pool, sauna and massages : beautiful. If I had one critic to point out: the sofas in the lounge are design but not very comfortable but this is a personal opinion. Thank you to all the staff !"

"I thought our stay here was perfectly fine. Our room had a living room and walk-out patio on the first floor, the AC and hot water worked fine. Our group had dinner at the hotel one night and the meals seemed satisfactory in general, certainly no worse than the restaurants we visited nearby. I went to the bar a few times and the service was always fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate. The neighborhood is nice, although walkability depends on your ability to handle steep hills. "

"Kigali is a vibrant city in Africa - the major difference to many similarly big places on the continent is that things run smoothly and that there are excellent hotels. You may find international chains near the Convention Center, but if you like it at a good standard with an African flavor and very competitive pricing, chose Lemigo. The hotel is some 10' walking distance from the Convention Center - walking is safe even at night!. Large rooms, well functioning amenities, A/C, gym etc. The restaurant serves excellent African and also Indian food, so no need to search in case you come home tired from a long day."

"Somewhat disappointing... not hot water; a kettle but no cups or coffee in the room. The staff was good but no compensation for the lack of shower or coffee in the room.,....so hard to find a reasonably priced hotel in Kigali. I do not think I would return....just keep trying other places."

"This was an awful experience overall, 0 STARS. THe booking site and what was at the 'hotel' were two different things, they told us they offered breakfast on the first night on the booking site, and when we got there there was none of that. There were bearly any cooking utensils and or gas at the time, the sofas were bent so you could bearly even sleep on them if you wanted to The showers had very cold water, and they were very inefficient and uncomfortable to bath in overall, there was absolutely NO cleanliness in those room, we had to ask them to clean it but that still didn't suffice, Half the speak there didn't speak ANY English so even if we wanted to do laundry or ask where something was, we couldn't . DO NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF COMING HERE, YOU WILL REGERET IT"
