The staff was very helpful, assisted with travel arrangements to Musanze. The rooftop restaurant was great...had live music on Friday night.

Most perfect location one could find in Kigali. Great services and facilities. highly recommended!!
Rooms are of good size and also very clean.
The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the city!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and warm hospitality. The room exceeded my expectations, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings through the window. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight, with each dish prepared to perfection. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was memorable. Whether admiring the views or indulging in delicious meals, Ubumwe Grand Hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Kigali!"

From their exceptional service to the delicious food, every moment was impeccable. I spent five fantastic days there, enjoying their magnificent pool with breathtaking views of Kigali. Highly recommended for an unparalleled stay in Rwanda's vibrant capital!

From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was greeted with excellent service and friendly staff. The receptionists were super warm and helpful, and the housekeeping staff maintained my room impeccably. A special mention goes to Bosco from the laundry depar**ent - his responsiveness and dedication to providing superb service was undeniable. I had a lot of clothes and all were returned in perfect condition. He truly exemplifies what top-notch service should be. The room that was allocated to me was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, welcoming vibe to it, which made my stay even more pleasant. As for breakfast, the variety was impressive and it catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. What stood out for me was being informed that the meat served was halal. Despite there being no signage to indicate this, it was heartening to see that the hotel was mindful of its diverse clientele. Overall, the whole experience left a lasting impression on me. I can't recommend this hotel enough! cant's wait to be back to Kigali latter part of year , and definitley Ubumwe Grand will be my top choice!
