Room was clean, spacious. Reception was quick but did not inform us that daily housekeeping would NOT be done. The hotel had a pool area but we were not informed that there was a charge for it. We had a lap next to the bed that was not working. An evening maintenance person had to replace the whole fixture, the way it was mounted he was not able to secure the new fixture completely and he said the day maintenance crew would take care of it. Never got done even though we told the front desk about the situation. We had a drawer on the dresser that insisted on opening itself about four inches. The night maintenance man attempted to fix it but was unable to accomplish it, so he said he would leave a note for the day maintenance crew to attend to it. Never happened. Hair dryer had some sticky stuff all over the handle. Many of the retail areas were not open Tuesday and Wednesday. Their weekend. Just happened to be the days we were there. ****** was large enough with plenty of machines. There is an event center but nothing was scheduled. There were no nightly entertainment as in other ******s.

Room was clean, spacious. Reception was quick but did not inform us that daily housekeeping would NOT be done. The hotel had a pool area but we were not informed that there was a charge for it. We had a lap next to the bed that was not working. An evening maintenance person had to replace the whole fixture, the way it was mounted he was not able to secure the new fixture completely and he said the day maintenance crew would take care of it. Never got done even though we told the front desk about the situation. We had a drawer on the dresser that insisted on opening itself about four inches.
