Room had a weird smell(which was overpowering my senses) and bedsheets, comforters and chair had stains on them.

The front office ***ager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service..

Attended a family wedding . Took out 45 rooms for three nights . Some longer. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Sheets dirty and not changed 3. Ac in rooms universally poor 4. Water leaking in some rooms from ac vent . Repeated complaints did not solve the issue. 5. Faucet not working in my room 6. Inadequate towels in rooms , and smelly and damp as well 7. Breakfast buffet adequate 8. Food average 8. Front office ***ned by people who struggle to even smile. 9. Poor communication between them 10. Suite smelling of cigarette fumes and musty. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Very nice experience in Novotel kochi it was my first time in Novotel with team may were very happy to visit there pool are was neat and clean Dhanu from housekeeping team and his team they were very helpful its really we enjoyed , I'll recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy

I am staying this hotel second time in the last six months and see the quality of service is going down from last time. The breakfast quality, room service and maintenance of room items are not as good as last time. I have reported to the ***ager and expecting to see an improvement. Otherwise I may look for other Hotels next time

Staying at Novotel Kochi has always felt like returning to a second home. The warmth and hospitality extended by the staff are truly remarkable. Executive Chef Deep Mitra never fails to impress with his exquisite culinary creations, consistently exceeding expectations. Security ***ager Sanjeev ensures that every guest feels safe and secure, contributing significantly to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. The front office ***ager, Sanjish, and front office executive, Arka, are always welcoming, going out of their way to ensure all needs are met with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness make each visit memorable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Executive Chef Deep Mitra for his attentive care. He went above and beyond to accommodate the dietary needs of my 2-year-old nephew, making sure his meals were not only nutritious but also appealing to a toddler’s taste. The staff’s attentiveness to such detailed needs made our family feel truly valued and cared for. We are immensely grateful for the personalized service and highly recommend Novotel Kochi to any family seeking a comfortable and caring environment for their stay.
