Stay was Ok..but roof top bar not having more varieties of food to choose from

Room had a weird smell(which was overpowering my senses) and bedsheets, comforters and chair had stains on them.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office Manager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

Food was Average and the response time for room service was a way too long, overall it was good though.

Attended a family wedding . Took out 45 rooms for three nights . Some longer. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Sheets dirty and not changed 3. Ac in rooms universally poor 4. Water leaking in some rooms from ac vent . Repeated complaints did not solve the issue. 5. Faucet not working in my room 6. Inadequate towels in rooms , and smelly and damp as well 7. Breakfast buffet adequate 8. Food average 8. Front office manned by people who struggle to even smile. 9. Poor communication between them 10. Suite smelling of cigarette fumes and musty. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Hospitality & the service was outstanding. Mainly the manager Srithish was kind enough. At the Restaurant Gita & Tapan service was extraordinary. Their quality of food and the spread in buffet for breakfast and dinner was yummy. Recommending other to enjoy the same.

It was a grate experience. Everything went well. Special thanks to Dawa and the team who took care of everything. They had great pool facilities and gym. Keeps the room well maintained and clean all the time. Also have a complementary breakfast with live kitchen.

The foods are amazing and very taste we like it very much. Especially the strawberry milk shake is my favorite and that's very taste. And the staff dawa is very sweet and she help a lot of us! She's really good staff. The best food in the morning. Thank you novotel and dawa!
