The room photos while booking were not matching with the room we have checked in, upon asking staff said that the photos were of the deluxe room and was by mistake posted in the standard room details. I was disappointed by both make my trip for allowing wrong photos to be posted and the hotel which gave us no other option. Also there were tiny insects on the bed.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights bed and breakfast in April 2024. Very comfortable stay - rooms clean and practical- slightly dated but functional. The hotel manager was extremely helpful in answering our questions and recommended some great restaurants to eat. Had a great stay and would highly recommend

Hotel rooms were clean ,spacious and good(well maintained).The staff there are very kind ,informative and helpful.Enjoyed my stay.centrally located, easily accessible.I really appreciate help given by Neeraj and anandha.

The location is very good, extremely near to the fort kochi beach as well as the princess street. Rooms are good and service is excellent

This hotel is in a great location and not noisy. The staff could not have been more helpful right from making booking to departure and everything in between. There were 10 of us and they went out of their way to make things easy for us. We arrived from an overnight flight and and although they couldn't have 5 rooms ready for us early they had 3 and people had somewhere to go and get washed and rest. We needed early breakfast one morning and they opened the kitchen early for us. The rooms were clean and having a reasonably priced restaurant in the building was extremely handy. The food was also very good!

Great location, polite staff, good breakfast and restaurant, comfortable room and attractive decor. The only problem, which takes away a star, is the dirty floors in our room. No excuse for this; why wouldn’t they mop the room between guests? It was filthy. Otherwise, a very good value.

The five of us stayed for two nights across 3 rooms. the rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and polite and always willing to help.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel could use some upgrade. There is no Elevator (Lift) so request a room in the first floor so you have to climb only one floor. The TV did not work and the shower controls were difficult to manage. The Rasoi restaurant food was very good. It was Okay for a one night stay. They arranged a Taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. They also gave a packaged breakfast since we left before the breakfast buffet opened.
