Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Chef Vbiju cooked special dishes I requested. Located near the fort.

We stayed at Tissa's Inn for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room we'd booked was found too small for the 3 of us, so we were upgraded to a larger room for a fee. However, what touched me was that we were given a room on the ground floor when the staff saw my elderly mother (there is no lift and she was struggling to climb the stairs). Thank you, Sanitha, for taking such good care of us. The hotel is super clean and filled with objets de art!! The food was great - although we couldn't enjoy the specialty dishes of the restaurant as we're vegetarians. The only two small ******* were that the AC in our room wasn't cooling enough (and it was peak summer!), although the technician did try his best to get it working and there was a slight smell of seafood pervading the ground floor - which I guess wouldn't be a bother if you're fond of seafood, of course. Apart from these very slight issues, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay at a stunningly pretty and exclusive hotel! Special thanks to Sanitha and Christine for their brilliant smiles and their friendly demeanor.

The place is well , clean and the location is near shops and bars. The staff is very helpful and they will make you feel like long time friend. Especially one person, that is Sanitha, makes special efforts. Worth booking!

We had the most fantastic stay. The establishment was beautiful, clean and safe. Our rooms were wonderful. The food was fantastic. The chef is amazing Most of all, the staff was exceptional. It was our home away from home. Thank you Sanitha!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful antiques which give it a homey feeling, it's located in a central location, close to all the amenities of Kochi. The rooms are large, beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. However, the best part of our stay was the staff and the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, especially Sanitha and the Chef. I spent my 60th birthday at Tissa's Inn and all of the staff made my birthday a day I will always remember, including a cake and flowers. The food was amazing and the chef was very accommodating making arrangements for my friend who is a vegetarian. The chef also arranged for us to have a private cooking class, we were able to pick the menu and eat the food afterwards, it was an amazing experience. Sanitha was very accommodating and helped us arrange transportation, activities & tours, including a spa day. The area is walkable to shops, a theater and yoga classes. If your thinking about staying at Tissa's Inn, BOOK YOUR STAY, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the staff of Tissa's Inn for making the stay an incredible experience I will always remember.

I booked this hotel as a regrouping space for our last day in India before our flight home in the evening. We were only there for about five hours. The hotel was small, clean, and nicely decorated. There were no elevators so anyone with mobility issues should be warned. Our room was smallish and a little too expensive for the value. This was only the second place in one month where we didn’t have a fridge in the heat of April. The AC worked well once it was on for a while. Our shower was built wrong. There was no door and it didn’t sit lower than the bathroom floor so the water would run onto the rest of the bathroom even though we had the shower head pointing at the wall. We had to run the water very slow to try to avoid it but it still completely soaked the towel on the floor. The staff was extremely nice and polite. We did not stay for breakfast.

Tissa’s Inn is fantastic. I spent 2 nights on arrival, and when another accomodation fell through on my trip i went straight back!!! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location in Fort Kochi, walking distance to most of the things to see here. And a short tuk tuk ride to other areas. They arranged an airport pick up for me on arrival which is great. The restaurant there does wonderful food and the chef will come and speak with you about any dietary needs, and the breakfast Dosa’s are so great you will have 2!!! By far the best thing about Tissa’s Inn is the staff. So happy, greeting you with a smile all the time, they are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond, they even called round shops for me to find the India Cricket Jersey. A special mention to Christina and Sanitha, who are always laughing and happy to help. Can’t recommend more! If you have a couple of days in Fort Kochi…stay here.

Lovely stay at Tissa’s inn, close to all sightseeing area. Staff were friendly, helpful and the right level of attentive. The shower was our best in India! Sanitha could not have done more and made our stay brilliant! Food in the restaurant was tasty and varied. Swimming pool on roof was a fab way to relax of an evening.
