Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

We had our dinner @eden pavilion assisted by Aishi.We had opted for buffet .It was Saturday night and still not over crowded.Ambience was good and cosy.The place was much less noisy and relaxing.Food was good and staff were thoroughly attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC sonar. The hospitality was awesome and the food that we ordered in room were delicious… Cherry on the cake was their Breakfast which was in Eden Pavilion. The spread was really good and as a vegetarian we had amole of option to choose from. The breakfast team made sure that we had a comfortable breakfast.

The hotel lobby smells really bad. We entered the lobby and we found a foul smell inside.. The hotel interior was good. The staff was nice. I think property should add some more fresh flowers in the lobby for good ambience As we say the first impression is the last.

Rooms are nice, you will find KKR team staying here, food was average with lesser chances of customisation, was not able to get the invoice after the stay for 5 days. Despite calling up the hotel 5 times I have still not received the invoice for stay. In fact on 1 of those calls the wo*** on the call kept me waiting for good 10 minutes as she was not able to connect me with her duty ***ager as the duty ***ager was on another call. While on calling out her unprofessional behaviour that she's asking her customers to wait for her duty ***ager rather than asking her duty ***ager to call back the customers, she said sir I'll ask him to call back. Haven't received any call back or invoice yet. In fact I called again and another wo*** has again said that she spoke with her duty ***ager and he's sending the invoice on mail. Hopefully, the duty ***agers of ITC Sonar get time to send out the invoice now. In short, guests are secondary for the duty ***agers at ITC Sonar and that's what you should expect in case you are visiting this property.

Room is completely very nice especially Sourav M from housekeeping he is very good and polite and his service is exceptional. I it was a great experience for me.It's was great experience with ITC sonar and specially Sourav M. Sourav M help me throughout the room service , he is such a nice person l, it was great experience with ITC sonar, I'll surely visit again in ITC sonar and I'll recommend to other to stay here as well. Thank you Sourav M for the special care.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC sonar. It was our staycation with our little one. The hospitality was awesome and the food that we ordered in room were delicious… Cherry on the cake was their Breakfast which was in Eden Pavilion. The spread was really good and as a vegetarian we had amole of option to choose from. Chef Ranvijay’s team made sure that we had a comfortable breakfast as we had our infant with us. The whole team at restaurant was amazing in their hospitality and served us food with lot f love and grace. We look forward for such stays in ITC in future

It's was great experience with ITC sonar and specially mahwish. Mahwish help me throughout the stays, she is such a nice person l, it was great experience with ITC sonar, I'll surely visit again in ITC sonar and I'll recommend to other to stay here as well.

The stay was really pleasant ***as helf me by room service was well.very polite.would like to visit again. The room was thoroughly cleaned and we'll taken care of .The type off service actually provided was 5 on 5 rating and surely such experience is well appreciated
