What truly stood out was how helpful and attentive the staff were at every step. A special mention to Dipanjan Banerjee from the Front Office for his warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. He made the experience even more memorable. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended."

"Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff"

The only area that could use some improvement is the entrance, which was a little difficult to locate. A I truly loved my stay at Rajkutir, Kolkata. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my visit. This was my first time in Kolkata, and I genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Special mention goes to the security team and the concierge—they were outstanding. The only area that could use some improvement is the entrance, which was a little difficult to locate. Perhaps a bigger/separate entrance would be nice. That said, I absolutely loved the bungalow-style charm of the property. It was also my first experience staying at a boutique hotel, which made it feel even more special. The rooms were the largest I’ve ever stayed in, spacious and beautifully done. All in all, this has easily become my favourite place to stay, and I look forward to returning. or more prominent approach would make a big difference. That said, I absolutely loved the bungalow-style charm of the property. It was also my first experience staying at a boutique hotel, which made it feel even more special. The rooms were the largest I’ve ever stayed in, spacious and beautifully done. All in all, this has easily become my favourite place to stay, and I look forward to returning."

I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!"

"Ladies and Gentlemen, We booked a room from May 25th to May 29th, 2024 and on May 26th around 9:30 p.m. we were in the lobby. And the reception staff were very, very unfriendly when we were sitting there, first a staff member came and told me to sit correct and after 5 minutes a *** came and said my husband should take his feet off the table and what was worst came Another employee told us without knowing that we weren't allowed to sit in the lobby. My question is if people are allowed to book a room with you who don't use the lobby so they should just stay in the room, the lobby is only for those who have to wait or something else. never again and wouldn't recommend it. We booked from Germany and were very disappointed"

"The people at the reception are least bothered about customer experience, I reached early at 12 pm, so I didn’t get a checkin. But when I reached at 5 pm to checkin, they said the room is still not ready and asked me to wait. The rooms are small and hot water was not available. They should majorly work on customer experience and should behave properly with the incoming and outgoing customers."

"I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping."

"Beautiful hotel and restaurants. Good breakfast - wide selection. The room was beautiful and very spacious, the bathroom was very large and feels almost like a spa. I was with a friend and the ladies' spa was closed; this was not indicated in advance. The ladies' spa was very busy the whole time - apparently non-hotel guests are also allowed to use it. At the outdoor pool, I gathered that it didn't smell very fresh."
