"Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff"

"Had a great stay, would’ve given a 5/5 but for some reason during check in the receptionist kept insisting that she could only give me 2 x twin bed room for 6 people even though I’d paid for 3 x twin bed rooms. Maybe she was confused but it’s not what we needed after a long journey (especially even after showing her my booking confirmation). However in saying that, everything else was great and staff are super friendly and attentive."

Perhaps a bigger/separate entrance would be nice. That said, I absolutely loved the bungalow-style charm of the property. It was also my first experience staying at a boutique hotel, which made it feel even more special. The rooms were the largest I’ve ever stayed in, spacious and beautifully done. All in all, this has easily become my favourite place to stay, and I look forward to returning. or more prominent approach would make a big difference. That said, I absolutely loved the bungalow-style charm of the property. It was also my first experience staying at a boutique hotel, which made it feel even more special. "Ladies and Gentlemen, We booked a room from May 25th to May 29th, 2024 and on May 26th around 9:30 p.m. we were in the lobby. And the reception staff were very, very unfriendly when we were sitting there, first a staff member came and told me to sit correct and after 5 minutes a *** came and said my husband should take his feet off the table and what was worst came Another employee told us without knowing that we weren't allowed to sit in the lobby. My question is if people are allowed to book a room with you who don't use the lobby so they should just stay in the room, the lobby is only for those who have to wait or something else. never again and wouldn't recommend it. We booked from Germany and were very disappointed"
