The rooms were too small and the staff was pathetic. The behaviour was not polite. The location was good though.

Room is very small. Small window overlooking a building under repair. Towel is not fresh. Discoloured. No lobby.

Property location is good as per my requirements, food quality is also good, rooms rate are very much expensive in terms of quality and size of rooms

Excellent location in south calcutta, very close to the lakes, can actually hear birdsongs throughout the day. Loved the personalized care that the staff took. Excellent food, particularly the fried fish. Would certainly stay here again.

Very good hotel and our stay was excellent. Staff were cooperative. Breakfast was good but exhausted too fast. However, they then provide other alternatives. Good place for family stay.

Very good and calm location, the hotel was clean and good ambience though it is small. The reception team were good and receptive. Helpers, security and house keeping team were really good and keeping the property safe and tidy. It is however little expensive for the tariff and overall a recommended place to stay.

It was a good hotel but not as good as shown in the pictures. The ac was not working in the room which i was satying in. They shifted me to another room, but in that theceiling was leaking and the matrices had spots on them

The room was small but good. Maintenance should improve as the jet spray in the toilet was leaking and the top shower was rusted in room no 205. Breakfast was limited but good. Very good & peaceful location. All staff were good.

1)the receptionist was the worst, full of arrogance and attitude. 2) we didn't get double bed but got 2 single beds. If we would know that we would be getting 2 single beds we would have never made the booking
