Hotel Fero Express Pokoje Klimatyzowane AC

We were stranded in Krakow Airport (3 couples) by Severe Fog for 39 hours. The Lufthansa staff found us 3 Double Rooms in the Fero Express (not far from the airport) and only 10 mins drive away. We were checked in by a lovely Dark Haired Lady (sadly I've forgotten her name) she informed us that Evening Meal was finishing as we were checking in BUT she would hold off clearing up until after we had eaten. The Minestrone Soup was piping hot as was the chicken in mushroom sauce with roasted potatoes and winter vegetables plus tea coffee milkshakes and fruit juice and fresh fruit too. Our rooms X3 were clean with crisp white linen on beds and white fluffy towels. Each room had a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, safe, and 32-inch smart TV. The shower was reasonably sized (I'm 6 feet tall and 24st), and hot water was plentiful. We slept really well in this quiet hotel. Breakfast was served until 09.30, and it was a good mixture of hot, cold, continental, and cereals along with fresh fruit and juices along with tea and coffee. Check out was at 10 am BUT the dark-haired receptionist arranged for us all to stay in rooms until our 3.30pm taxi pick up and there was NO charge for this. We had a lunch menu of chicken wrapped in ham and parmesan cheese with fresh tomato topping it off along with roast potatoes and veg. Vegetable soup and bread rolls to start. All of the food was included IN your stay and was greatly appreciated. The ONLY downfall of the WHOLE hotel is you can't go out and walk anywhere, you're near the motorway and major dual carriageway, and there are NO footpaths anywhere. Also, there are limited grounds for you to use, BUT this was provided for us quickly and was very much appreciated

Great for an overnight stay before returning home from Krakow airport .Only a 10 minute drive to the airport. Rooms are a bit on the small side but clean . Parking is a great experience as car park is large.Breakfast was lovely - dining area large , great food selections and plentiful . Attentive staff . There was a bus load of older travellers in when we were there but no noise and everything was great.

Very friendly service, the hotel is of a very high standard for a 3-star hotel, probably after a recent renovation. Rooms fully equipped. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Recomended for couples ot families.

We stayed here on a student tour and would absolutely stay here again. The a/c works great, which isn’t always standard in Europe. (There is a remote for this). The view from the room was a beautiful rural European view. The only complaint I have is that the shower was TINY (smallest of all of the hotels we stayed in on our tour.) Can’t turn around without bumping into everything. BUT this was not bothersome enough to not stay again. The best part of this hotel was the lobby, bar, and breakfast area. Very pretty, lots of seating including outdoor patio. Friendly staff. Recommend!

Hemos pasado 2 noches en este hotel que, se supone, es de 3 estrellas, yo le quito 1. No limpian la habitación, no cambian la toalla de baño, a pesar de haber sido usada y estar muy húmeda. Las camareras del comedor excesivamente serias y cortantes. La ubicación, aún no estando mal del todo, está en medio de la nada y a 1/2 hora de Krakow. La habitación un poco pequeña y con terraza compartida con otras habitaciones, así es que si buscas algo de intimidad, vete olvidando. Para desayunar fiambre, ensaladas, cereales y poco más y una cafetera para más de 100 personas. En las mesas ni un triste mantel de papel, por lo que tienes que dejar todo sobre la mesa la cual limpian con la misma bayeta que las del resto del comedor. En fin una experiencia para no repetir.
