The staffs were nice and very helpful especially the night shift staff. I couldn’t remember his name but he was very helpful and the hotel is clean. Very good option to stay;)

The staff is very nice and enthusiast. The room is pretty clean.
However, you need to walk a little bit to metro and not much food nearby

The hotel is super clean. Rooms are on the small side but it's expected at that price range. there are windows and a lot of natural light to compensate for the room size. Staff are very kind and helpful. The best thing is a washing machine and a dryer. You can leave the clothes with the staff and they'll operate the machines for you over the course of the day and through the night and put them folded in your room once they're ready. We really love it.

Returned to stay at the hotel after going to dali. The two gentlemen checking us in get big thumbs up. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Great five star service! While the room was cleaned and did not smell of smoke initially, we could smell cigarette smoke in the night. Not sure if seeped in from other rooms. Would be great if shower cap and more hooks to hang clothes are available. Overall, this is a good value for money hotel.

Clean and has everything that we need :) good service and location too. Has laundry services, no fridge in room but all okay for us

In China it is rather difficult to find a non-smoking room/hotel. Im so glad Ibis here has this! Drinks are placed at the counter for guests to drink throughout the day and the staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying at Ibis and will definitely recommend to all.

Great little hotel as expected from an ibis. Made welcome from the moment you entered, and every time you go out and come back! Whilst the room is a little snug for twin beds and luggage, it was clean and functional. Only real complaint about the room was probably the aircon didn't always do its job, and some nights was too warm to sleep well. Location is five minutes or so from subway and a short trip away from main station. But it is a little on the outside of the main areas. Would stay again.
