All facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. **Service:** The front desk staff are professional and meticulous. Check-in and check-out are handled quickly and efficiently, and any requests are promptly addressed. **Room:** The suite's window view has always been my favorite reason for choosing Goodview. You can see the distant skyline and a panoramic view of Kunming city – a wonderful experience without even leaving the room. Highly recommended!"

"I chose the Guandu Grand Hotel during my trip to Kunming, and the experience was absolutely fantastic – a definite five-star review! From the moment I arrived by car, everything was incredibly convenient. The hotel has free parking with plenty of spaces, making it easy to find a spot – perfect for drivers! What impressed me most was the hotel's service; I felt incredibly warm throughout my stay! The front desk staff were all smiles and friendly, check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively and thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and patiently recommended nearby attractions and local restaurants. Any issues I encountered during my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff. From front desk to room service, everyone was exceptionally welcoming, and their attention to detail was truly heartwarming. A special shout-out to the bespectacled manager at the front desk! The hotel's location is also superb. There are many attractions nearby, including the Guandu District Museum, which is within walking distance, and Shuangqiao Night Market and Guandu Forest Park. It's convenient for sightseeing and exploring, making it easy to get around. Overall, the stay was excellent – ​​the service, parking, and location were all impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming and highly recommend it!"

"The service here is absolutely incredible! We had a dedicated personal butler who took care of us throughout our stay and even helped with laundry. They also gave a little toy to my child when we checked in, which made my little one so happy. The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean and comfortable. We also tried the spa downstairs, and the massage was incredibly professional – I felt completely relaxed afterward. When we checked out, they even helped us load our luggage into the car since we had a lot and were with a child. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay; they're truly thoughtful!"

"Price: it was quit affordable, I spent 13.5 usd daily for 13 days stay in Kunming. Location: 15 minute by foot to Dounan flower market. Sight of hotel: Luckily my room were located direct view of Dian chi lake and Dounan flower market. And hotel is in 29th floor of 29 floor level hotel. Owners of hotel: They are really supportive, I personally much appreciated. Highly recommend to stay in there."

"The room is very clean, with disposable toilet mats, Adolf shower and high-speed hair dryer. The mattress is also moderately soft and hard, and most importantly, there is an air conditioner that can heat normally. The entire facility is of high quality and very comfortable to stay. If you want to go to South Station, Dounan Flower Market, and Wetland Park specifically, it is very convenient to stay here, and the environment is very quiet. There are refrigerators and microwaves at the front desk, and the boss is very cooperative if you need to tell him anything. There are many breakfast shops across the street downstairs, and I look forward to trying rice noodles from different shops every day. I will choose this one next time I come back~"
