"My elderly parents were visiting Kunming, so I just picked a hotel at random. To my surprise, they insisted I give this place a perfect score! From the moment they walked in, they felt the warmth from the front desk staff, who proactively offered hot coffee and tea. When checking out, they even thoughtfully asked about their stay. The service was truly impeccable. The facilities were great too; strong shower pressure, and the bathroom had a fantastic wet/dry separation. The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The most unexpected thing was the soundproofing. I assumed it would be noisy given the hotel was fully booked, but once the door closed, the whole world went silent – the soundproof windows are top-notch. They also mentioned the free parking as a bonus, with plenty of spaces and easy in-and-out access. This blind pick of a hotel was such a success, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"This hotel is relatively new, clean and modern. Excellent self service laundry. Our window faces the river, and the Jacaranda trees were still in blooms. Breakfast is good with sufficient choices. Easy to get around. The stroll along the riverside was great."

"This was one of the few hotels in the area that offered breakfast, but I later realized the breakfast wasn't worth getting up early for. The hotel facilities are excellent, the bedding in the room is great, and the service is also very good. It offers fantastic value for money. The only reason I'm docking a point is for the breakfast. Also, I've never quite understood the 'sea view' claim here. Is it because it's on a high floor, so 'sea' refers to a 'sea of buildings'? Regardless, this is definitely a hotel worth a second visit."

"Price: it was quit affordable, I spent 13.5 usd daily for 13 days stay in Kunming. Location: 15 minute by foot to Dounan flower market. Sight of hotel: Luckily my room were located direct view of Dian chi lake and Dounan flower market. And hotel is in 29th floor of 29 floor level hotel. Owners of hotel: They are really supportive, I personally much appreciated. Highly recommend to stay in there."

"The room is very clean, with disposable toilet mats, Adolf shower and high-speed hair dryer. The mattress is also moderately soft and hard, and most importantly, there is an air conditioner that can heat normally. The entire facility is of high quality and very comfortable to stay. If you want to go to South Station, Dounan Flower Market, and Wetland Park specifically, it is very convenient to stay here, and the environment is very quiet. There are refrigerators and microwaves at the front desk, and the boss is very cooperative if you need to tell him anything. There are many breakfast shops across the street downstairs, and I look forward to trying rice noodles from different shops every day. I will choose this one next time I come back~"
