"Yaz sıcağından kaçmak için hafta sonu Kunshan'a bir yolculuk yaptık. Otelin konumu mükemmeldi, Kunshan'ın Golden Eagle Uluslararası Alışveriş Merkezi'nin tam kalbindeydi. Otel lobisi 29. kattaydı. Asansörle lobiye çıkmak bana anında "Nothing But Thirty" adlı TV dizisinin çekim mekanında olduğum hissini verdi. Konuk odalarına da 29. kattan asansörle ulaşılabiliyordu. Üst katlardan manzaralar oldukça güzeldi. Odanın kapısını açtığımda, 4 yıldızlı bir otel olmasına rağmen, tesislerin ve dekorun 5 yıldızlı bir otelle karşılaştırılabilir olduğunu gördüm. Mini buzdolabı hediye olarak verilmişti. Resepsiyon hizmeti iyiydi. Alt kattaki Golden Eagle Alışveriş Merkezi, birçok restoranıyla ziyaret etmeye değer. Otelde kahvaltı yapmadığım için nasıl olduğunu bilmiyorum. Buradan Kunshan'daki Huiju Tapınağı'na çok uzak değil. Huiju Tapınağı, Doğu Çin'deki en büyük Mazu tapınağı ve aynı zamanda Kunshan'daki Tayvanlı işletmeler için bir merkezdir. Kunshan'a özgü bir yemek olan Aozao eriştesini öylesine yedim."

"This is a brand new hotel, so new you can still smell the renovation. The windows require a tool to open, and it took two calls before someone came to help. Perhaps they're understaffed. I chose Hyatt Place partly because it's new, but why no smart toilets in a 2025 renovation? Why does the bathroom floor pool with water so badly? And those wall-mounted toiletries – I wonder if management has actually tried using them? It seems they're so worried about theft that they completely overlook user experience, and the lack of a shelf isn't great either. All in all, there's plenty of room for improvement."
