This family-run retreat has their act together! You feel cared for from the moment they pick you up until they drop you off. Nice communal breakfast and evening bar with pool table! Perfect to meet a lot of nice folks. I appreciated the all-day tea and coffee setup.

Allan, Sue and the whole team took great care of us. The room was warm, the location and shuttles made it easy to get into town. We really appreciated the breakfast every morning and Crud game on the Friday night. Great fun! Very social. Daisy and Kieren

Amazing snowboard trip to Niseko, the lodge is excellent, in a great location, walking distance to main part of town, or theres daily shuttles from the lodge if you dont want to walk, plus a short walk to the free Ski Shuttle, the owners are very accomidating, thanks Alan and Sue, looking forward to coming back next year.

Great value place to stay for a week of skiing or boarding in Niseko. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice Aussie breakfast with great scrambled eggs and plenty of toast and Vegemite etc. Useful First Tracks lift service at 8:00 am and ski hire pickup arrangement with Rhythm ski hire. Rooms comfortable and friendly communal eating area.

We had an amazing few days stay. Susie and Michael were amazing and highly helpful in navigating around town in addition to recommendation of spots. I would highly recommend this stay if you are wanting a very welcoming and homely stay which is close to town.

The staff are super friendly and it is fantastic value for money. Breakfast is really good and there are all the facilities you could need. Everything is really clean with great atmosphere in the common areas. This is the perfect budget accomodation!

Absolute Empfehlung! Sue und Alan sind großartige Gastgeber. Super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Sie haben mich sogar nachts noch vom Bahnhof in Kutchan abgeholt, nachdem ich dort bei der Anreise gestrandet war und es keine Busse oder Taxis mehr gab. Alan fährt morgens mit dem Bus regelmäßig zur nahegelegenen Lift Station in Hirafu. Insgesamt sind viele junge Leute dort und man findet schnell Anschluss. Es gibt auch eine Bar in der Lodge in der man abends immer eine super Zeit hat. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, was im Niseko Resort nicht selbstverständlich ist, da viele Unterkünfte eher weit außerhalb gelegen sind. Man hat fußläufig einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Stimmung in der Lodge super! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen!

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans cet établissement. Les gérants sont sympathiques, toujours disponibles. L'endroit est calme. La chambre et les commodités étaient propres. Il y a quelques excellents restaurants à proximité. Le soir, un service de navette est offerte pour le centre plus animé du village (bien que son accès à pied soit aisé). Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Niseko.
