My layover in SDQ was utilized for resting. I did enjoy my room. It was clean with all the amenities. I enjoyed sleeping long hours without any interruptions. The members of Staff were pleasant and service in the restaurant was quick. The hotel is in close proximity to the SDQ airport and was ideal for my layover. Taxis were available at the behest of the front desk.

The Hotel was OK. The attention was excellent except that it was rather far from a number of places worth visiting such as LA Ciudad Colonial.

Breakfast is good, there are more varieties. The location is on the beach, there is no restaurant around, and the meal in the hotel is super expensive. At noon, I eat a burger + a glass of juice = 29$. Have parking, don't know if it's free

The room feels well organized. The water pressure is very strong and I feel like I took a shower properly. Good because the transfer line from the parking lot to the room is very close. Parking manager always waits to help parking. Above all, the price is cheap

I had everything in the room, iron to pass through the microwave through the pads, covers and locks.

From the moment I planned this birthday getaway with this hotel. It has been nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE. My group had 14 rooms, and ALL rooms were 150% clean. The front desk, bell man, and of course the HOUSEKEEPING department were giving great customer service. I was very impressed with the breakfast restaurant, especially Maria. I love this hotel. I give this hotel 10 stars. The pool area and food was EXCELLENT. IF you are ever in Santo Domingo. Please don't hesitate and make your reservation with this hotel.
