We decided to take the first nights of opening 2021, we were not disappointed. I have stayed here before, but I think it was better than ever. The food was excellent, the staff do not stop working, really hard to make sure everyone is happy, they really are a credit to the hotel. The assisted buffet this week was great ,Steak, fish lamb everything you could eat , great starters and deserts.. The hotel seemed very busy, love to see the youngsters at the Cavanna surf enjoying themselves. I paid a little extra for the superior room excellent spotless clean. Only one small comment, the glass conservatory was not always open, i understand when there are less guest eating, but the view is beautiful and lovely to eat your meals as the sun goes down. Lovely stay i cant wait to return.

Came here to stay as part of a wedding party. Where to begin? Overall the hotel is nice. It’s clean, tidy & spacious. The staff were welcoming and all spoke English. The pool was clean tidy and the facilities were top notch. The rooms were in my opinion so so. I was sharing a twin room with a family member. When we got to the room it was clean, tidy and ok. Maybe my expectations were a tad high however for a 4 star hotel i was expecting basic bits to be done right. There was only 1 small bottle of water in the room baring in mind there were 2 people staying there. There was no kettle or teas / coffees bits in the room and the bathroom all be it appeared clean and tidy had a fair bit of hair quite possibly from the previous guests in the shower. The shower also appeared to let out water whilst using it which in turn meant having the mop up the floor. The thing which also surprised me was when I asked for an iron / ironing bits was advised by reception that they don’t have one for guests. The breakfast in the morning was good. There’s a range of continental bits and the usual egg, bacon, beans and cereals. It’s plentiful and kept topped up. Overall would I stay here again. Maybe. I didn’t raise the issue with the bathroom as I didn’t have the time due to being with the wedding party.

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. I was very impressed with the bathroom as it is very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a balcony and it was very good to hang the towels outside. We did not try the gym or the restaurant so I cannot say much about it. The surroundings are great, they have a minigolf and also a playground for children which is very good for family. The outdoor Swimmingpool looked great but we didn’t go either. Near the hotel there are bars, restaurant and shops to buy food, very handy. Lo lo

El estudio está bastante completo para pasar unos días, de poner una pega sería que la vitrocerámica tarda la vida en calentar y el aire va a su ritmo. El resto fantástico, limpieza de 10, un olor a limpio en zomas comunes muy agradables, los jardines y piscina muy limpios y estupendos. El coche lo tienes aparcado en la misma puerta de la entrada al edificio del estudio, así que sí sales de paseo luego tienes donde volver a aparcar. Repetiremos seguro. PD. The pool was clean tidy and the facilities were top notch. The rooms were in my opinion so so. I was sharing a twin room with a family member. When we got to the room it was clean, tidy and ok. Maybe my expectations were a tad high however for a 4 star hotel i was expecting basic bits to be done right. There was only 1 small bottle of water in the room baring in mind there were 2 people staying there. There was no kettle or teas / coffees bits in the room and the bathroom all be it appeared clean and tidy had a fair bit of hair quite possibly from the previous guests in the shower. The shower also appeared to let out water whilst using it which in turn meant having the mop up the floor. The thing which also surprised me was when I asked for an iron / ironing bits was advised by reception that they don’t have one for guests. The breakfast in the morning was good. There’s a range of continental bits and the usual egg, bacon, beans and cereals. It’s plentiful and kept topped up. Overall would I stay here again. Maybe. I didn’t raise the issue with the bathroom as I didn’t have the time due to being with the wedding party.

We decided to take the first nights of opening 2021, we were not disappointed. I have stayed here before, but I think it was better than ever. The food was excellent, the staff do not stop working, really hard to make sure everyone is happy, they really are a credit to the hotel. The assisted buffet this week was great ,Steak, fish lamb everything you could eat , great starters and deserts.. The hotel seemed very busy, love to see the youngsters at the Cavanna surf enjoying themselves. I paid a little extra for the superior room excellent spotless clean. Only one small comment, the glass conservatory was not always open, i understand when there are less guest eating, but the view is beautiful and lovely to eat your meals as the sun goes down. Lovely stay i cant wait to return.

The thing which also surprised me was when I asked for an iron / ironing bits was advised by reception that they don’t have one for guests. The breakfast in the morning was good. There’s a range of continental bits and the usual egg, bacon, beans and cereals. It’s plentiful and kept topped up. Overall would I stay here again. Maybe. I didn’t raise the issue with the bathroom as I didn’t have the time due to being with the wedding party.

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. I was very impressed with the bathroom as it is very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a balcony and it was very good to hang the towels outside. We did not try the gym or the restaurant so I cannot say much about it. The surroundings are great, they have a minigolf and also a playground for children which is very good for family. The outdoor Swimmingpool looked great but we didn’t go either. Near the hotel there are bars, restaurant and shops to buy food, very handy. Lo lo

El estudio está bastante completo para pasar unos días, de poner una pega sería que la vitrocerámica tarda la vida en calentar y el aire va a su ritmo. El resto fantástico, limpieza de 10, un olor a limpio en zomas comunes muy agradables, los jardines y piscina muy limpios y estupendos. El coche lo tienes aparcado en la misma puerta de la entrada al edificio del estudio, así que sí sales de paseo luego tienes donde volver a aparcar. Repetiremos seguro. PD. Las fotos las hizo mi niño.
