I got this hotel online for 2 nights and ended up only staying a few hours not even half the time I booked. when coming in to pick up the door key I immediately got hit on by the staff member working at the time making me very uncomfortable. He ended up being overly friendly trying to help me with my luggage repetitively, when I said no thank you then upsized my room from a queen bed to a king and told me I was a valued and good customer. But the weird thing is I’ve never been there before. Then coming up to the room and entering it was dark, dirty and basically had nothing in it as you would expect. The room had a nasty musty smell to it, only One and already used toilet roll. Only two towels, no liners in the trash, the towel rack was off the wall , there was no switch for the fan to turn on or off, the shower didn’t get warm, there were holes in the walls making me feel very uneasy, the bathroom fan was broken at weird spots, the door took almost a minute to close on its own unless you pushed it fast from the inside, there was one blanket and it was so thin it wouldn’t of been able to keep anyone warm, the microwave was dirty, the fridge didn’t work it must of been unplugged or broken, there was no where to put luggage or clothes, the floor looked like it was vacuumed a week prior, and the desk chair was all ripped up. Upon all of this it was not with my time or money and honestly want my money back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could to be honest.
