"Advantages: 1. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the town center 2. Free parking Disadvantages: 1. The housekeeping staff was rude. We took the initiative to greet them, but they responded coldly and had hostility in their eyes 2. The room was relatively small 3. The breakfast was relatively simple 4. The overall decoration was simple and did not match the four-star hotel at all 5. The room was very remote. After getting out of the elevator on the floor, it took 1 and a half minutes to get to the room after walking and running Important point: We found that we forgot the charger of the laptop in the room 3 hours after checking out. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that they would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel. Here I would like to thank Ctrip customer service. They made more than a dozen calls a day to urge me to implement it, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply. If it were not for Ctrip, I would not want to give 4 points."

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Located in Ferragudo, a peaceful and charming area, the hotel offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Totally recommended!"

"Great stay, nice staff! Walkable to gorgeous beaches and the town of Portimaõ. Comfy beds, clean apartments. Could do with a bit more shelving in the bathroom (even a small chair under the sink would do) and some hooks here and there, but otherwise perfect."

"I arrived very late at 11pm, 1 hour before receptionist gets off work. She told me that I have a upgrade of rooms to a 2 bedroom! But i booked it for myself only, so it was really big! There was a front loading washing machine (you can buy detergent capsules from the receptionist), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining space and living room. It can probably house 4 people comfortably! While there are some wear and tear, the house was clean and tidy, giving a homey feeling. It was a short drive to the town centre with good food, and a short trip to the start point of the seven valley hiking trail and to go kayaking. Overall, i highly recommemd this location for guests who wants a quiet and comfortable resort stay."
