"Me and my sister spend 11 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good service and the manager try to make his guest feel comfortable. 24/7 Air-condition and electricity. Very close to all you want. The only thing I don't like is the bedspread. Lots of stains in it. They need to be replaced and the bathroom needs maintainace and every corner of the room need to be cleaned. The estate is very friendly I recommend it."

"On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid."

"Rooms looked good and I booked a junior suite at this hotel via my airline for December since Sept ahead of the busy season. Since I was in town in Sept, I walked in to see the room in person and confirm my reservation. I was told confirmed. Prior to arriving in December I was getting multiple calls from the hotel staff to confirm I still needed the reservation, I confirmed again. When I finally arrived late in the night for checkin, I was told they did not have the room I booked but the Presidential suite was available for 3x higher price. The hotel staff Michael was non chalant about this and I waited for over 4 hours asking to speak with the hotel manager, (no luck) and reaching out to my airline whom I made the reservation with. I was told the junior suite would be available in a few fees if I wanted to move but not for the entire period for which I booked. I tried waiting at the 24-hr restuarant, another negative experience with staff behaving like I came to disturb them. I saw a cockroach on the coach next me and I canceled my order and left. I complained to the staff but I guess they were not bothered. They had resold my hotel reservation at a higher December rate. Fragmented, poor customer service and the staff seemed to be running their own rackets for the highest bidder! Terrible service and experience."
