Stayed here over Christmas. We had a very good experience at this hotel. Yes it needs a bit of updating but we had a great time. The staff made the effort to make the reception and dining area very festive. Rooms spacious compared to some we have stayed in. All balconies appear to overlook the pool area. Other reviewers have complained that you had to pay one Euro for a plastic cup (which is refundable at the end of your stay.) This is a great idea. No empty glasses around the pool. No abuse of the All Inclusive but you can rent four cups if your that way inclined. If the one Euro for a cup is a thing people moan about I believe that they have never found a decent hotel and love whinging about everything. The food was fine. Good selection at breakfast. Full English if you want it. Cereals, fruit, bread, cold meats, omelettes if required. Evening meal always had something to choose from . I found the staff to be friendly. The pool area is fine, plenty of sun beds. Pool is a bit cold. About a five minute walk down hill to the main *****. Overall would recommend this hotel. Going back in February

Nice resort, apartments good do with a cheering up.No facilities for children other than the pool. Staff very nice and obliging.Depending which apartment you have can be traffic noise at night. Twice a week we got entertainment around the bar area.

Was relaxing sitting by the pool. Accommodation was ok but beds were two singles pushed together as a double (not the same height) so couldnt sleep together comfortably. Pillows not great either. Bathroom door could be improved, large gap at top and bottom and was see through. Fridge and hob ok but air con did not work. Was told we could change room but was unpacked and was happy with the ground floor apartment. Also safe in room did not work. Food, very poor. For breakfast we would just have a buttered roll. There is a cooked buffet breakfast on offer but the sausages tasted disgusting and onion rings for breakfast is a little unusual. The local sparrow often flew inside and helped himself to the cold meat and salad bar . We ate out a lot. Entertainment, 3 singers in 10 days and had to finish promptly at 10.30. Bar shuts dead on 11pm. All inclusive drinks not great. Not really enjoyable drinking out of the tiny plastic beakers. I would rate this hotel as a 2 star. It could be nicer with a few changes. Lucky we had great weather. I really think I would go self catering next time, rather than an all inclusive.

Husband and I had a nice little get away here in May. People had said the food wasn’t great, but as a fussy eater, I actually managed to eat something everyday. The breakfast's were lovely and there was a variety of meals to choose from at lunch and dinner too. Staff in the dining room were friendly, helpful and very quick to clean up. The rooms were ok but could do with updating and the sofas were not at all comfortable, (in my opinion.) That was the only negative comment I would say about the Blue Sea.

beautiful hotel with lovely staff, Isabel was who greeted us and kept us right for any enquiries, smiley and informative.. all of the staff on duty during the stay were lovely, couldn’t fault any of them I loved the ribs (dry!) they were tremendous to whoever made them 😄 i coulda had them for brekkie, lunch and dinner 😆

This was our 3rd time at Lanzarote palm 2022 /2023/2024 l was given champagne on my birthday by the staff just a chill out for my wife and I well cared for full English 😁 nice weather local to shops nice walk to beach down hill taxi back good bar's out bottom of hill good restaurants Irish bars didn't spend much time in our room

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun beds around the pool area. Good breakfast and lunch. It’s a relatively small hotel so not a huge variety of food at the dinner for all inclusive but we went knowing that’s often the case. We were only on a 3 night stay so it really wasn’t an issue for us but if you are coming for longer, come prepared and budget to eat out a couple of nights. Our flight wasn’t until 7pm but we were given a room to shower in before leaving so we were able to comfortably spend our last day enjoying the pool. You pay €3.50 per day for a safe and €10 refundable deposit for air conditioning. You also pay €1 deposit for a cup from the bar then just take the cup back and they replace with a fresh one each time.

Poor food, poor service. Dirty rooms not at all what is described on the website. Moved hotel as the smell of drains and the amount of bugs. Just not a nice place at all. You have to buy cups towels and also the entertainment is shocking. But if you wish found out for yourself.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2024. We did get a good deal by booking directly with Bluesea and the AI wasn't much more than the HB so we went with that. The room was great and had all the facilities you could want eg kitchen, dining table, settee, tv etc. Beds were really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep every night. The pool area was good and you could get a sunbed no problem at the time of the year we went. Pool was a little fresh and it was a little windy due to being up the hill and more exposed to the elements. Beaware of this if you don't like walking up hills. The food was limited (which was to be expected) but there was more than enough to keep you happy. The beer was fine although personally we didn't touch the cocktails as they weren't to our liking. Overall, for the cost, they do a great job and work hard to keep the hotel looking good and things running smoothly. For value for money, it is a great hotel and we would consider returning
