"Absolutely wonderful holiday stay. The reception staff were all superbly friendly professional and accommodating of needs. On arrival room wasn't quite what we wanted the night porter was very helpful and remedied situation. The room was fabulous. Beautifully clean . Excellent maid service. Fresh towels bedding etc. Meticulously clean .Everywhere was spotlessly clean. All amenities available in rooms to a high standard. Pool very clean and monitored and cleaned continuously. Plenty of sunbeds. All outside environment cleaned and maintained to a high standard . Safety and security at all times. Debs Diner within the complex wasextremely wonderful. Lovely staff great food and service. We also booked a beautiful Sunday lunch. This was an amazing hotel . We will definitely return . Thankyou ."

"Superb place to stay. We arrived on Friday 06 February for the weekend staying in room 116. What a lovely welcome we received by the lady working on reception that evening. Friendly, informative and made us smile after a long and delayed flight. Absolutely brilliant. The room - simply fantastic. Large, exceptionally clean, well furnished with plenty of towels and amenities for a self catering stay. The balcony gave great views of the pool area and the ocean. Could not ask for more. Our beds were made daily which was a lovely touch and the room was spruce up. The Restaurant - breakfast was fantastic. We were staying on a room only basis but popped in for breakfast and coffees. Freshly cooked and tasted amazing with high quality produce used. My partner loves scrambled eggs and he said it was the best he'd tasted. The orange served with breakfast was delicious. The staff who worked there were so friendly and accommodating. There was a lady with long dark hair who was fantastic and the chef who cooked our breakfast was so welcoming too. If staying here we highly recommend breakfast here as it was fresh and very reasonable in price. Checkout - fantastic again. The lady working reception on Sunday morning was lovely. It's nice to be asked if our stay was great which we said it was. This made us feel valued as guests and we will return. We pop over to Lanzarote on a monthly basis and having stayed at many hotels, this was by far the best experience ever. As stated in my title of this review, I would give this hotel more than 5/5 💯"

"We travelled with our daughter and 9 month old grandson with the intention of helping to care for him during our stay. Instead, we experienced a number of distressing incidents which significantly affected our stay. Firstly, the guest staying next door to our daughter was extremely confrontational, leaving our daughter feeling uncomfortable and anxious about remaining in the room with her young son. We reported the incident, and a member of the management team offered a change of room. We were told to contact reception and staff would assist with the move. However, when she telephoned reception, she was told she could no longer change rooms as that arrangement had been made by another member of staff and was no longer available. The inconsistent handling of the situation caused unnecessary stress and demonstrated poor communication between staff. Secondly, on the day of departure, check out time being 12.00, on returning from breakfast, she discovered housekeeping already cleaning her room for incoming guests, even though she had neither checked out, returned her key cards or settled her account. Our daughter came to find us, and I went to her room to find the room had been cleaned and incredibly the housekeeper using the toilet herself!! Wholly inappropriate for a member of staff to be using the bathroom facilities. At no point did hotel management offer a genuine apology or acknowledge the inconvenience, distress and lack of care shown towards a mother and a 9 month old baby. I believe the hotel failed in its duty of care. Leaving them without suitable accommodation raises serious concerns regarding guest welfare and safeguarding. There was no justification for entering, reassigning the room before the agreed, paid checkout time. These incidents overshadowed what should have been a special family holiday. We will not be returning!"

"Beautiful hotel, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Cava on arrival, cases taken to room, turn down service on an evening. Excellent choice at breakfast, varied menu on an evening, always great service. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. I loved the special touches especially the fact that the lady in the bar remembered our exact drinks order after just one night."

"The property has an excellent location, close to the area of ​​typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet. The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only "flaw" that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!"

"An absolutely fabulous holiday with my sister. An excellent beach location. All staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Siam and Abidan in the restaurant. The restaurant provided an excellent choice of food and themed nights, the food is delicious. The hotel has high standards of cleanliness. We enjoyed the variety of entertainment each evening and the revolving bar. Will definitely be returning in the near future."

"I'm not sure if the previous reviews stayed at the same hotel or they were friends of the owners but my experience was far different. I actually checked out 4 days early because it was so bad. The one owner is absolutely rude and should not be in the hospitality industry. One has to ask three or four times for soap after 2 days they fold the wet towels in your room and just stack them so they never dry. The owners and staff smoke in the dining room so when you walk in that's all you smell and see. When I asked for some ice cubes it was like asking I can't even describe it. I ended up buying my own ice at the grocery store. My room was not as described it did not have a washer it did not have a separate entrance and it only had one window that opened the rest looked into a living room so there was very little natural light. The location is nice but that's the only thing this place has going for it. I'm so glad I left there early it was just depressing."
