"Absolutely wonderful holiday stay. The reception staff were all superbly friendly professional and accommodating of needs. On arrival room wasn't quite what we wanted the night porter was very helpful and remedied situation. The room was fabulous. Beautifully clean . Excellent maid service. Fresh towels bedding etc. Meticulously clean .Everywhere was spotlessly clean. All amenities available in rooms to a high standard. Pool very clean and monitored and cleaned continuously. Plenty of sunbeds. All outside environment cleaned and maintained to a high standard . Safety and security at all times. Debs Diner within the complex wasextremely wonderful. Lovely staff great food and service. We also booked a beautiful Sunday lunch. This was an amazing hotel . We will definitely return . Thankyou ."

"The apartment is situated in what I be would describe as the middle level of the old town. Newer built and styled. It's very clean and tidy . I had no issues with housekeeping, they came every day to service the room. I had room overlooking pool with added plus of a sea view ( not all will have the same view) I would say that had to use kettle and toaster in the room part as no plugs in kitchen which is a bad design. Yes the bed is 2x singles pushed together but that didn't bother me . It was a very comfortable bed. Anything asked for at reception was accommodated. There is a small lane just opposite the complex that will lead you down steps into the lower section of the old town .. walkable into town in leisurely 15 mins . Taxi back( after a few downtown drinks Between 3.50-5.00 so it doesn't break the bank! I would go back again no problem. 4 is for poor kitchen design"

"Pleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked. Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather."

"I have never left a review before but promised reception staff I would. Really enjoyed our week at the hotel. Location is excellent with lots of bars and eating places nearby. The whole of the resort is easily walkable from the hotel. Rooms are a good size and have good facilities. Cleaning staff are also top notch and very friendly. We were half board and could always get something to suit food wise. Had the option to have lunch instead of dinner and did this several times and went out in the evening. Lunch menu had quite a good choice and service was very friendly. Plenty of sun beds and lots of lovely comfortable little seated areas. Bar area is very large and very comfortable with entertainment every night. Usual holiday entertainment but nothing wrong with that 😂. Wayne’s steak house just over the road well worth a visit, really enjoyed the food. Noise was never an issue for us and we were opposite the main bar. Overall couldn’t fault the hotel or staff in any way. Would have no hesitation in returning again."
