"The neptuno is situated on the beach front , very close to shops bars and cafes/restaurants,adult relaxed atmosphere,the rooms are more than adequate for self catering with good walk in shower and large modern tvs recently installed which offer wide range of channels,it is nice to see that mugs are available as opposed to small cups that generally hold a mouthful,staff are very welcoming from the reception staff housekeepers and even the pool attendant, the pool area is spacious with easy access to obtain a newly refurbished sun lounger , breakfast is available if required €15, this was our 5th visit to this hotel in 3 years please remember this is a 2* hotel,and will gladly return to this little gem in the heart of costa teguise"

"Excellent stay, we have gone back after a couple of years gap and the hotel is running smoother and exactly as it should. Food is great, something for everyone, the restaurant is busy but we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for a table. The whole resort is spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Sunlounger reserving does still happen. Some people were sat on them at 8am, others had towels left.. there are notices everywhere asking you not to do that but unfortunately im not sure anybody takes any notice. Overall a great stay, 15 Euros in a taxi from the airport. We we stay again."

"This was an insurance placement, we were so upset to be put up in a hostel after staying in a 4 star hotel. But soon changed our mind after arrival. Hostel- bright, modern in all areas, lift and stair access; small cafe/ restaurant; extremely polite and helpful staff . Bedroom- spacious, modern with en-suite and toiletries provided. Location- corner shop and restaurant across the road, near small beautiful marina with cafes; short walk to local high street. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel."

"We had stayed here a couple of times & on arrival at 9.30pm, we were tired & hungry. we were welcomed & efficiently booked in. We were directed to the restaurant which was serving until 10.30pm & our bags were taken away to our room.First class & friendly service! The hotel has been refurbished & is definitely 4 star. The room was large & clean. Nice sea view balcony & air-conditioned. There is a safe & fridge plus kettle, tea bags,coffee & milks The lighting is bright & good for reading. The television is modern flat screen & had six English channels. The bathroom had a good size walk-in shower & toiletries were provided. There is a hairdryer & magnifying mirror All in all, a cracking room. The food is excellent, with good variety. The staff are friendly,helpful & professional. This hotel has everything & is highly recommended for a nice, relaxing break."

"Visited with my husband, 4 year old son and 5 month old daughter for a week staying on an all inclusive basis. We requested a ground floor room prior to our visit which were both provided on arrival. (We did have to send numerous emails to this effect as they all went unanswered until I messaged on instagram.) When we checked in we had missed evening meal due to the time and were surprised to discover we werent provided with a cold pack lunch or similar. We were advised to go to the pool bar but no food was available here. The hotel has a great location: walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, mini golf and aquariam and only a short transfer from the airport. We found the quality of the food very good but on the whole rather repetitive - more so than other all inclusive hotels we've stayed at. The pool bar also serves food made to order as opposed to being left out and replenised as necessary which we thought was a nice touch and usually did for lunch as opposed to the main restaurant. During peak times it can get busy waiting and I think they could benefit from additional staff, same with the bar. The main restaurant advertises themed evenings but I wouldnt neccessarily agree as it would just be one bench with a few food items from said country. It was a shame there was no option/area to eat outdoors for evening meal. Mini disco was great on an evening 8-8.45 and kept my son entertained. Twice a week it takes place outdoors which was lovely and preferred. My son went to the mini club twice which he enjoyed and staff were great with him. Slides in the pool were great, pools rather cold though even in July. Pools open at 10am and are strict on this as on our first day my son went in at half 9 as we didnt realise and was asked to vacate until 10 on the dot. Hotel has a park, football pitch, basketball court, gym, computers available to use, book area, zip line (not in use for the foreseeable) spa and shower room which is locked and pre bookable on day of departure. During the second half of our stay the hotel appeared to be getting a lot busier. We noticed considerable queing at the restaurant for evening meal and limited sun loungers around the pool with the slides (that said reserving loungers before 10am is not permitted and staff will remove towels etc). The staff take a lot of pride in the appearance and we noticed the likes of gardners and painters attending to jobs needing done. We had a great time however would look elsewhere on a future visit to lanzarote. Strongly believe additional staff are needed for summer months."

"Our favourite place to stay in Lanzarote. This apartment hotel is well equipped, a d clean, with friendly staff. It is a 3km walk from the harbour along the paved coastal path. The pool is quiet and clean, with plenty of sunbeds, a bar, and a small, shallow pool for children. The Arena bar is a friendly place to go, there are a few good restaurants nearby, on the coast path, and many others in the town. There is a bus stop right behind the hotel, if you want to get a bus into Playa Blanca or to Rubicon Marina. We prefer to book direct, as the rates are preferable & it's easy to do, as their website offers different language options."

"First impressions of Panorama were good. Nicely refurbished reception, bar and pool areas. Our allocated ‘garden’ room 112 was next door to the infamous room 110 as featured in a recent review ‘Worst room ever’ by reviewer John. In fairness we were happy with the room although we both agreed it was a bit tired. Calling it a garden view room is stretching it a bit (see photo) but we did get the lovely early morning sunrise. We did feel it necessary to hire the safe at 2.5 Euros a day as the patio door looked a bit dodgy and insecure (see photo) Sadly after our weekend arrival a JCB digger turned up on the Monday to the neighbouring building site and started clearing site debris and rubbish. The dust and mess soon began to cover our terrace and blow into our apartment. The JCB was there all week. We alerted reception and then called the Jet2 rep. In total fairness the Jet2 Leeds call centre and local rep could not do enough to put the matter right. We were immediately given another room on the opposite side of the complex. These were newly refurbished and supposedly superior and were indeed finished to a high standard. Self catering however was a challenge with no food prep area and nowhere to put food items. Ok for a cup of tea in the morning but a totally impractical layout with nowhere to sit to eat any meals. The apartment was next to the road and caught the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. The position of Panorama is great for a ten minute walk down the steps to the main strip and the walk back up the hill is not as challenging as many other apartments in the resort that we’ve stayed at in the past. On a couple of occasions there were no sun beds available around the pool as the selfish reserving brigade were out in force as usual. Didn’t eat at the bar but had a few beers and the lady serving was very pleasant and polite."
