"Don't go to the square when you exit the West Station. Instead, turn right immediately and walk along the small road for about 10 minutes, and you'll arrive. It's a two-story commercial building on the outer ring of a residential area, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with two hot dishes, fried rice, and fried noodles. It was a satisfying meal."

"Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I had during my entire trip to Yinchuan and Zhongwei. First off, the hotel was hard to find. The taxi dropped us off by the roadside, and we had to drag our luggage and family under the scorching sun to find the main entrance. I could almost forgive that. After checking into the room, the front desk called to ask if I was happy with it. I mentioned I wasn't thrilled with the north-facing aspect, but I didn't explicitly ask to switch rooms. Then, the front desk asked if they could take my key card down and switch rooms for me. I said yes. So, I took all my belongings out, packed them back up, and was ready to head out with my suitcase. Then they called AGAIN to say there were no rooms available and I couldn't switch. I just laughed in disbelief. You called ME first to ask if I was happy and offered to switch rooms. Do you guys not keep track of your room availability? Just making things up as you go? Are you trying to mess with me? No customer service, no politeness whatsoever. From the taxi ride to the hotel service, everything in Lanzhou was terrible. Never coming back! Avoid at all costs! As for the room, you can see for yourselves – it's basically motel standard. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, no rainfall showerhead, which was incredibly frustrating! And they still had the nerve to text me asking for a good review! How do they even have the audacity?!"

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"I stayed at this hotel several times last year. It's close to West Station, and while the facilities are average, the service used to be great. This time, however, the biggest impression was that the service has really gone downhill; it felt like a small guesthouse rather than a standardized chain hotel. I arrived in the morning, and the front desk staff didn't even ask what room type I'd booked, just flat-out said there were no rooms available and I couldn't check in until 12 PM. This isn't the service I'd expect from a HUAZHU hotel."
