"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"This guesthouse is run by a Hui couple and is spotless. It's located in Baishu Lane, a historic Hui community, offering a variety of pastries and snacks. Yellow River Mother Sculpture Park is just across the street, and it's also very close to Metro Line 1."

"This is my first business visit to Lanzhou, New city everything you have to find and struggle but after searching on trip.com luckily I find this hotel which has very reasonable price although it is in the centre of the city and very near to exhibition centre for my business, very near to metro station, very near to famous shopping malls and finally very near to so many halal delicious food restaurants , all the facilities I find staying in this hotel too very quiet near and clean atmosphere. I'm enjoying while staying in this hotel. I recommend all my friends and colleagues business man's to stay here and have lovely experience."

"It was okay. Clean room and bathroom, big bed, close to the train station. The room itself is not in the same building where the reception is, but a minute away right on the street. The staff doesn't speak English, but with a translator app, it's easy to talk and explain your needs."

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

The executive lounge's afternoon tea and dinner were both excellent, high-quality, and the service was superb. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet which was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the vanity in the bathroom – no more standing to do my hair and makeup! The room was very quiet with a nice view. From the front desk to the restaurant and executive lounge, the service was consistently excellent. Parking was easy with plenty of available spots."

"It was just a very ordinary guesthouse/apartment. The internet was bad, and it cut off overnight. The air conditioner remote was hidden and you had to ask to get it back. The bathroom and shower facilities were also poor, and the projector was very small. Overall, the experience was extremely bad."

"This isn't a 7 Days Inn at all; it's a small hotel that was converted from another one. They're misleading customers and their service is terrible! The decor is cheap and the materials smell awful. The soundproofing is poor, making it difficult to rest. I don't recommend it, and I hope the platform will improve its management!"
