Staff was so welcoming and kind. Great rooms and beautiful decor. The food was great, many options for breakfast in the buffet. Cozy and inviting atmosphere. Great views of the beautiful city. The night club and pool were equally amazing. Had so much fun staying here.Was extremely happy with my stay overall and I will be definitely coming back once this pandemic is over.

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6～ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. I was there for a local conference, and the accomodations were superb. Very spacious and clean rooms, nice facilities, extensive breakfast buffet. I only wish I had been able to stay longer to relax and enjoy all that the hotel has to offer.

The hotel is quite nice. The location is right in the center of Lao Cai city. I requested highgfloor and it was arranged on the 8th floor with city view. Friendly staff (except the security guard in the lobby ****** T.T). There are many Chinese guests here. The hotel has a shuttle to the border, so if you have a plan to go to Ha Khau, you can consider this place.

The hotel counter will be Chinese and enthusiastic to assist. When I booked 6 more rooms, I told me how to deal with and explain the refund procedure at the first time. The blue water at the bar is very delicious. The toothpaste in the room is very good.

The location of the hotel is good, in the more prosperous area of the old street, there are many restaurants around to eat. Upon check-in, the front desk is not familiar with Ctrip's order operations. It can be seen that there are not many guests who book rooms through Ctrip. The room is relatively quiet, but the space is small, and there is only one power socket. The bed is big, but very hard. Those who like a soft bed may not sleep well.
