Tulip Inn Lausanne Beaulieu

Tesisler donanımlı ve dinlenecek çok yer var ama tek gecelik konaklama olduğu için kullanamadım. Şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama otobüs durağı yakında olduğu için uygun oldu. Oh, ve resepsiyonist çok nazikti. :-)

시내에서 가까운 위치에 있으며 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 매우 친절하여 머무는동안 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었는데, 한국인 매니저 분께서는 특히 친절하고 상냥하셨기 때문에 낯선 곳에서도 친근감을 느끼며 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다

The location of the hotel is good and it is near to the center and the shopping areas. The atmosphere is very familiar cozy, on the ground floor there are lounge areas and meeting rooms to relax and meet with friends and family but also for business meetings. The room was not very spacious but good enough for a short stay and in general, it is a quiet hotel. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of products and the staff was kind. The only downside of our experience was that the housekeeping did not offer a good service. We stayed 3 nights, after the first night they did the turndown service properly but after the second night they didn't do it anymore. Actually, when we came back to the hotel after spending the whole day out, we found some cleaning products all over the shower and the toilet as you can see in the pictures. I went to the reception and told this to a very young lady but she didn't apologize and took it like it was a normal event. Instead, she just explained that there was an inconvenience with the housekeeping staff that couldn't finish their work but she didn't offer to clean the room. I would come back to the hotel but the housekeeping service should be improved.

Short night in a nice little hotel in the center of Lausanne. Great staff and service. Confortable bed and large bathroom. Big garage for the car (highly convenient in Lausanne Center). Breakfast ok with real espresso! And a beautiful little garden to get the morning coffee or for the smokers 😂

We rented 3 rooms, 2 were with airconditioning but the third not. We asked to change the room and they wanted to charge for it. When I tod them I would vsncell everithing and call ********** they accepted to change the room. But.... none of the airconditioners worked, theywere nice ventilators. I put them at 21 degrees and at 2 a.m. outside was colder than in the room. I asked for gluten free and they had nothing to eat gluten free, not even bread. To park the card the recepcionist said that in the key was the code to open the door but she didnot give it untill all the paperwork was done but

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for me as well. This has become one of my regular. Room fittings are basic but staff are happy to Ken’s you items such as kettles or other items. Nice small garden outside. It was quite hot during my stay and rooms were a bit warm.

Our stay was terrific. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was quiet, clean, and, considering the stars of the hotel, spacious. I will be glad to return there.
