It’s a decent hotel which focuses on it’s simplicity & appearance. The lobby is nicely decorated and it’s apparent that the hotel is fairly new. The rooms are very simple everything from design to amenities. However with that in mind it also lacks some basic features like tables, fridge and seats (only 1 stool is provided). Pros (+) - Low Price (Affordable) - Newly built (as such have fresh smell and design) - Very fast internet & great quality TV provided. Cons (-) - Lacks basic amenities (tables, seats, fridge) etc - Needs more cleaning (dusts can be seen) Conclusion : A decent boutique hotel hidden, perfect for those who are not planning to stay for a long time as I can imagine it would be inconvenient in the long run with the lack of basic amenities That said this is perhaps the most recent hotel in Lawas. If hotels that looks and feels ‘old’ bothers you this is the one to go for.

Stayed on 23rd Dec 2022 with family. Stopping by before heading to KK. From the outside the building shows it’s age. Once inside however, the lobby is nicely decorated for Christmas. The room at first glance looks decent however there are noticeable dusts. Upon waking up next morning me and my family members were constantly sneezing and it triggered my allergy (not an ideal way to start your vacation!). The allergy continues for days even after we reached KK (very inconvenient I must say). Pros (+) - The staff are friendly and hotel are well decorated - Has good view if you’re on the top floors. Cons (-) - Poor cleanliness (warning) dusts are everywhere and it triggered my allergy. - Food from restaurant is bland, salty & expensive (room service). - Poor & lackluster menus on breakfast buffet (again it’s also salty & expensive). - Poor maintenance, pool are closed and the amenities shows it’s age. Conclusion : Supposedly the best hotel in Lawas however I am unconvinced based on my experience there. +: 1. Got a bigger room (in my booking, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed but given with 1 queen bed & 2 single beds). 2. Good and working fine aircon and water heater. 3. Clean bed, towels, room, toilet, glasses. 4. Clear TV broadcast. 5. Good WiFi. 6. Good lighting. 7. Has room slippers, toiletries (but not sure the liquid in the dispenser in the bathroom is a shampoo or body wash. When I applied it to my hair, it didn't feel good), kettle, complimentary water bottles, hair dryer and glasses. 8. Good security system - the rooms block only can be entered by guests who have key card. 9. Has windows. -: 1. Room and toilet had a bit unpleasant smell. 2. There was a water supply distruption when I had my shower till need to contact the management to be fixed. 3. Not sound proof room, my mum complained on hearing a sound. 4. No lift. 5. Room is located at different block from the receptionist block. 6. Only 1 key room is provided so it's hard to move separately as a group.

+: 1. Got a bigger room (in my booking, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed but given with 1 queen bed & 2 single beds). 2. Good and working fine aircon and water heater. 3. Clean bed, towels, room, toilet, glasses. 4. Clear TV broadcast. 5. Good WiFi. 6. Good lighting. 7. Has room slippers, toiletries (but not sure the liquid in the dispenser in the bathroom is a shampoo or body wash. When I applied it to my hair, it didn't feel good), kettle, complimentary water bottles, hair dryer and glasses. 8. Good security system - the rooms block only can be entered by guests who have key card. 9. Has windows. -: 1. Room and toilet had a bit unpleasant smell. 2. There was a water supply distruption when I had my shower till need to contact the management to be fixed. 3. Not sound proof room, my mum complained on hearing a sound. 4. No lift. 5. Room is located at different block from the receptionist block. 6. Only 1 key room is provided so it's hard to move separately as a group.

It’s a decent hotel which focuses on it’s simplicity & appearance. The lobby is nicely decorated and it’s apparent that the hotel is fairly new. The rooms are very simple everything from design to amenities. However with that in mind it also lacks some basic features like tables, fridge and seats (only 1 stool is provided). Pros (+) - Low Price (Affordable) - Newly built (as such have fresh smell and design) - Very fast internet & great quality TV provided. Cons (-) - Lacks basic amenities (tables, seats, fridge) etc - Needs more cleaning (dusts can be seen) Conclusion : A decent boutique hotel hidden, perfect for those who are not planning to stay for a long time as I can imagine it would be inconvenient in the long run with the lack of basic amenities That said this is perhaps the most recent hotel in Lawas. If hotels that looks and feels ‘old’ bothers you this is the one to go for.

Stayed on 23rd Dec 2022 with family. Stopping by before heading to KK. From the outside the building shows it’s age. Once inside however, the lobby is nicely decorated for Christmas. The room at first glance looks decent however there are noticeable dusts. Upon waking up next morning me and my family members were constantly sneezing and it triggered my allergy (not an ideal way to start your vacation!). The allergy continues for days even after we reached KK (very inconvenient I must say). Pros (+) - The staff are friendly and hotel are well decorated - Has good view if you’re on the top floors. Cons (-) - Poor cleanliness (warning) dusts are everywhere and it triggered my allergy. - Food from restaurant is bland, salty & expensive (room service). - Poor & lackluster menus on breakfast buffet (again it’s also salty & expensive). - Poor maintenance, pool are closed and the amenities shows it’s age. Conclusion : Supposedly the best hotel in Lawas however I am unconvinced based on my experience there. For the price more should be expected in this hotel.Personally I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless it’s a desperate time (which is what happened during the time I stayed here, all other hotels are fully booked).
