Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road)

I was very impressed with this Premier inn. The staff were fabulous. Leeds was a midway meeting point so was very surprised by the lovely city. It hadn't been a destination venue but has become one now.

Disappointing really, I did think the hotel would be better than what it was. To be greeted not by a hello, but if you want to check in 45 mins early you will have to pay £10. Room really needs a refurbishment, a bit tatty in places, but will say as usual the bed was quite comfy for sleeping.

Had a great stay here and in particular wanted to write a review for Maryam who works on the front desk/bar. During the night when something personal came up, she went out of her way to ensure I felt welcomed and was warm towards me. Greatly appreciate her hospitality and just wanted to highlight her efforts. Thank you!

Good 3 night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and consistent on all three days, and the dinner was also great. I had originally booked for 2 nights but decided to stay a 3rd night.

I’ve stayed in numerous Premier Inns in the past, but this one stands out from the rest. Ideal location, clean rooms, and unrivalled service. One of the staff, Jordan, stood out from the rest. I was there with a large group, some of us had additional needs. She catered for our every need and was incredibly helpful. The other staff were also very good, helpful, and friendly.

Best hotel I've ever visited. Hotel staff are so nice and well-mannered, even let a friend borrow a cable he forgot! Breakfast + Dinner food is scrumptious!! We had some issues with the key card that were fixed so fast! Highly recommend, definitely stay here ( also a quick walk to the station )

The Premier Inn Leeds City Centre ( Whitehall Road ) is located in an excellent position 5 minutes walk from the railway station and just a couple of minutes more to the main shopping area of Leeds. The hotel is bright and modern with a bar and restaurant area serving evening meals. Check in at the hotel was very easy and uncomplicated, the room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and peaceful for a good night's sleep. In the morning a very good breakfast was served with a good selection of hot and cold options which was replenished at regular intervals. All of the staff I spoke with were very helpful and friendly making my two night stay very pleasant and when next I stay in Leeds I will not hesitate to book another stay at this Premier Inn.

This hotel is well positioned near to the station but has no parking facilities and no facilities to drop off passengers/luggage other than two disabled bays at the rear which can't be reserved and which are accessed via a private road (not the Hotel's) on which there are dire warnings against stopping and threatening significant fines if you do! The surface car park next door charges £30 for 24 hours. That said, the welcome was warm, the room was well appointed (and warm) and the food served in the dining room was nicely presented and not overly expenses. If arriving by train I would have no hesitation in stopping here again but if arriving by car I would probably opt for the Wellington Street Hotel which has easier and cheaper parking.

Enjoyed our time in Leeds and the Premier Inn on Whitehall Road was perfect. Fabulous location to the station and all amenities in the City. Paul gave us a fabulous welcome and the whole team looked after us during our 3 day stay.
