Premier Inn Leicester Fosse Park

Entrance just as you expect from Premier Inn, but no self check in, so gor a hotel with hundreds of rooms not ideal as very busy. Car park full but had additional spaces at back of hotel block but very dark and full of workman vans. Saw 2 staff lady and gentleman running from reception, bar and even restaurant. Rooms so far away felt like we were adjacent yo premier inn and for someone who travels a lot felt a bit unsafe .Long corridor s to room and one person lift. Restaurant busy with 2 young waitresses who just forgot to serve people, and in the end, I just left. No sleep as thinnest walls in rooms that need refurbishment snd just people up and leaving all hours. Didn't bother for breakfast as time walked there and based on the service didn't see point.

What a wonderful time we had here at the Leicester fosse park premier inn, staff were incredible especially Jason and Sarah on the Monday evening! Making the best of a bad food situation we still had an incredible meal and even got given a 25% off voucher for next time! Fab

If I wanted to stay at a Premier Inn in Leicester I would not use this hotel again. The Premier Inn City Centre is much better. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel felt old-fashioned and run down. (As said to me by a fellow guest). All I wanted to stay somewhere with decent amenities and get a good night's sleep. I didn't get those.

This is a very tired premier inn. But the staff are super friendly on arrival, and the rooms are clean. But the building and rooms are very old and tired. Our room was very small. Imagine the rooms get very hot in the summer as no aircon. But the bed was comfy and we were only there one night to break up a long journey, so for us, and bearing in mind the price we paid (£40) it was absolutely fine for what what we needed.

Not the best premier inn, it’s a tired hotel and needs refurbishing, my room had no usb charging points and the tv was to small for it’s position in the room. Some nice friendly staff but also some very unhelpful/unfriendly staff compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Restaurant was fairly poor and ran out of basics like rice, peas and half the menu. I won’t stay at fosse park again if I can help it.

Staff were fantastic food was great first room smelt of smoke and they changed us without fuss but the second room the bed was broken at the foot the light in the bathroom wouldn’t stay on and the beds were quite uncomfortable Not my best nights sleep at a premier inn
