We have stayed at this premier inn at Leicester Forest East a number of times in the last 18 months and always found the reception staff Kim, Emma, and Kasia to be welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have always been clean, cared for by hard working domestic staff If you need to stay in this location the Premier Inn at LFE is the place to stay, with free parking and easy motorway access. The adjoining Table Table restaurant offers freshly prepared good food served by excellent staff.

Staying here for business purposes. Nice welcome from reception, helpful staff. Big thank you to Agata the receptionist. Big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet location close to M1. Restaurant staff nice as well. Will stay again in the future.

A great hotel with an easy location from the motorway Agata was brilliant she helped us with our booking and was so patient and professional. Really helpful and supportive she made our stay excellent Always use Premier Inn such great value for money an always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value for money five stars!!!

Really loved my stay over the weekend, only downside and not rating as 5 is the fact other guests were very noisy going to their rooms and woke me up at 1am!!! Outside noise in the hallways is the only problem with the room.

Rooms are clean ..beds very comfy..stayed here previously but we waited an hour for our hot breakfast order on a Saturday. People came in after us and were served before us with hot food so don't know how we were missed. Stayed 3 nights. Other meals in restaurant no difficulty and tasty.

large rooms, comfortable pillows and beds, very careful service, close to shops and food very clean, . Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, especially the beautiful blonde Mrs. Agata who helped me with the room card. I recommend staying at this hotel

Kasia the manager and Kimberly are superstars, helped sort out a payment issue with the bookings company, very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the effort. food is also very decent and hotel rooms clean and decently sized, good location as well.

We didn’t get a chance to use the attached restaurant which was a shame as would have been ideal. Room was exactly as we needed and staff very friendly. The only thing you should be aware of is the corridors are very narrow and once the cleaning carts were out we couldn’t get past with a wheelchair and ended up having to be let out of the fire escape

Excellent location for the money (rates are really variable: can be very cheap in advance, but very costly on the day), close to excellent bus-service into Nottingham. Staff helpful. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited: no help-yourself buffet. Some noise-issues (noisy guest/s; noisy TV) and pillows not great. Excellent, unmonitored parking: no fear of a ticket here!
