"I’ve stayed here three times. It’s a relatively new hotel in Leicester, but the room has many annoying faults. I could never connect my laptop to the hotel Wi-Fi on all three trips, so I had to use my phone hotspot for work. The AC, fridge and bathroom fan make loud noise — the fridge is the worst, I had to pull its plug to quiet it down. Everything else in the room works normally."

"The guys on reception were lovely it’s a shame about the rest. No amenities as advised on booking page as full refurbishment going on and Trip.com were too lazy to advise customers about which made the whole trip sour as the only thing nearby was petrol station which with little baby we were glad there would be amenities so we didn’t have to venture for the night but sadly this was not the case! Feel like we were missold the room and Ibis & Trip.com refused to refund. Would not stay again despite the kind reception staff."

"Really lovely hotel stayed with friend's going to a show, the room was big and spacious with a nice view from the 12th floor. Sabrina was a wonderful host from checking us in to serving us dinner to then coming up stairs to sort our TV out. All staff were polite but Sabrina just made us feel welcomed the food was nice too fish and chips takes awhile but it was worth it. Breakfast was plentiful."

"A good location. Ample parking. Friendly staff and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. A quiet room, it was clean and had the usual Premier Inn facilities. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn format. The breakfast restaurant was a little crowded as it's a bit small for the purposes of a restaurant. Some excellent restaurants in the city, just a short drive away. Overall a really good experience, good value for money."

"We arrived at 5 as we had a party near by, our rooms still weren’t ready. We were told to wait 20 minutes and had a drink whilst waiting and 40mins later still not ready. So we left our bags I. The car and arrived back late. When we got into the room the pillow case was dirty"

"Room was extremely hot, not even a fan available, no chambermaid service, no towel change, no replenishment . TV only had a few channels available, also TV source was being changed by other users in some other room ! Asked if lack of channels etc could be addressed-nothing!! Overwhelming was the extreme heat, provided own fan, just about made it bearable, but barely! Reception is lovely and cool with air conditioning. Not much consideration for paying guests."
