We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish

The receptionist was not friendly, and the room missed some necessary items such as shampoo, the safe was not working, and the mini-bar was empty. Also the beds were pretty small.
On the other side, the hygiene was really good, and the breakfast had good variety of options.

We stayed there for one night. The room was clean, personnel did not say much - no hello nothing. Breakfast was good but they couldn’t keep up with putting more bread in the baskets, baking omelets etc

Preis-Leistung super, Zimmer hinten raus leise, Frühstück lecker, aber Auffüllen dauert seine Zeit und leere Gefäße werden nicht immer erkannt, Teile der Bedienung beim Frühstück nicht aufgeschlossen, keine Begrüßung, etc, Barpersonal und Rezeption sehr nett, Zimmer sauber, außer 2, 3 Stellen, welche vergessen wurden zu putzen

Alles i. O.; Frühstücksraum sehr laut und mit nur einem Kaffeeautomaten ein Garant für lange Wartezeiten.
Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Hotel wird jedes Jahr schlechter. Unfreundlicher Empfang an Rezeption. Beim Früstück wird eingespart, billige Aufbackbrötchen. Kein Speck zum Rührei. Kein Bircher Müsli mehr. Nun kostet auch Sauna 6.-. Zimmerausstattung fast 30 Jahre alt und runtergewohnt.

Schönes Hotel. Leider direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, so war es nachts doch relativ laut. Die Bar war aufgrund von Personalmangel leider auch nicht geöffnet - sehr schade, da es in der näheren Umgebung kein Lokal gibt.
Personal immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Einrichtung teilweise mit Gebrauchsspuren, aber total okay. Zimmer war sauber.
