"This hotel was a very good choice for my trip. The location was convenient and practical, with easy access to transportation and nearby areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so I was able to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with enough variety and a pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Although the check-in process took a little bit of time, everything else went smoothly and the stay was very satisfying. I appreciated the comfort, location, and overall value of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"It's a shame that it wasn't clear on the internet that the restaurant was closed. In the winter garden we were served chips, currywurst and schnitzel as an alternative in the evening, but it wasn't the experience we would have wanted in a star hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't match the category and the price either: rolls like the day before, pineapple pieces dried out, sausage anything but fresh, the freshly prepared scrambled eggs were solid like they usually come out of containers. In the room, which was OK and very quiet, we would have preferred a free bottle of water for the night instead of the evening chocolate bar. The staff were extremely friendly everywhere. There's nothing to complain about."

"Hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Doğrudan bir benzin istasyonunun karşısında bulunan oda, 17 derece veya 35 derece Celsius gibi oldukça soğuktu. Klima ayarlanabilir değildi, bu yüzden oda değiştirmek sorun değildi. Yataklar daha çok hamak gibiydi. İç mekan modern ama yıpranmış ve modası geçmişti. En büyük artısı yanındaki Yunan restoranıydı. Eski kapı kilitleri zar zor kapanıyordu – tutmak, çevirmek ve çekmek çok karmaşıktı, çabuk sinir bozucu oluyordu ve kapı açık kalıyordu. Duvarlar son derece inceydi ve koridordaki ayak seslerinden çok gürültü geliyordu. Sabahları sarhoş gelen misafirler vardı, belki de Yunan restoranından. Karşılıklı anlayış mı? O da ne? Kahvaltı salonu Uzak Doğu'yu anımsatıyordu – rahatsız edici ve soğuktu, ancak birçok çay çeşidi, geniş bir seçki vardı ve en güzeli de, her gün aynı odada 10'a kadar farklı milletten insan kavga veya tartışma olmadan bir arada bulunuyordu... inanılmazdı!"

"Superior double room 1. Self check-in machine is very idiosyncratic, gives 2008 as the year of birth and cannot be corrected. All data that was already entered when booking is not automatically available, but must be entered again. 2. Door lock does not work, have to wait a good half hour for the caretaker. There are annoying telephone loops before reaching the hotline/emergency number, which is not what I understand by an emergency number. It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately. 3. No invoice that corresponds to the booking/the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the debit amount. What kind of accounting is that / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion. As a business traveler, this is a complete disaster Conclusion: As a business traveler, the hotel is completely unsuitable"

"The reception was friendly but rather unprofessional. The room was okay, but not worth the price. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows felt like cheap ones. It was very noisy at night facing the street, and we had to close the window. The tram connection was excellent! The stop was right in front of the hotel, and it was only one stop to the main train station. Breakfast was good; there was something for everyone, and the breakfast room was bright and welcoming. In conclusion: the hotel was okay, but we found it too expensive compared to other hotels."
