"The stay was unfortunately a complete disaster. The floor in the room was badly stained and looked unhygienic – completely unacceptable for a hotel. But it got even worse: during the night, part of the ceiling collapsed! This could have been extremely dangerous. I immediately reported the incident to reception, but received neither an apology nor any suggestion of a solution. Even after my written complaint, I still haven't received any response. No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that doesn't address such issues is absolutely not recommended. I will definitely not be returning – and I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand."

"This place is in the middle of the city centre. Such a convenient location. Its so beautiful and too good to be a hostel. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend. They do have a breakfast on the lounge and gave a 10% discount on my first drink in the bar, which i find pretty awesome."

I also particularly liked the box of cotton pads and ear buds—it's nice to have such practical things in the room. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the smell in the room, which was reminiscent of something old. But after a bit of airing, the room was much more pleasant."

"The hotel room was nice and clean, sparsely but adequately furnished. What was really great was that we had booked a four-bed room and essentially got two rooms with a connecting door. The bathroom was small, but the shower was nice and big. It was a shame there was no receptionist to speak to. However, the check-in machine was right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, our key card didn't work, but we ended up opening the doors with the app. There's a fantastic bakery right next to the hotel – highly recommended!! All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service. Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely. The staff, especially at reception, is lovely. There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards. I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed. There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious. We appreciated the complimentary waters."
