"During the May Day holiday, finding a five-diamond hotel for under 450 is probably unheard of, making it excellent value for money. However, I still have a few suggestions: 1. Arrived at 9 PM; it was pitch black, and we couldn't find the parking lot. There was no security guard around. When we finally found one, he asked us in a very rude tone what we were doing there. Even after knowing we were guests, his attitude didn't improve, let alone offering to open doors or help with luggage. 2. I requested a quiet room when booking. The corridor was indeed quiet, but right outside the window were a bunch of air conditioning units (see photo 1), which were very loud at night. 3. The faucets were TOTO, but the soap was a small, round bar like those found in budget hotels. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were from Liang Mian Zhen. There was only one mirror in the bathroom, with no full-length mirror or small vanity mirror in the room. 4. The curtains were too short, letting light stream in very early in the morning (see photo 4). 5. At breakfast, I noticed most families had young children, but the hotel didn't provide bed rails.
