"I didn't have high expectations, but this turned out to be the best breakfast I've had in days! There was a huge variety, and they refilled items quickly. Both the hot dishes and pastries were delicious. The room itself was a little dated, and there was a slight woody smell when I walked in, but the view from the room was great, directly overlooking the river. You can also grab bottled water on every floor. If I remember correctly, there's a fresh beef hotpot restaurant downstairs too. It's a real shame I didn't get to try the hotel's late-night supper service."

"This hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The service was exceptional from start to finish. After we got our tickets, the hotel's private shuttle was already waiting for us. We had the whole car to ourselves, and the driver was so friendly and attentive. He proactively helped us with our luggage, both getting in and out of the car. When he learned our next destination was from Libo to Xijiang, he even assured us that the hotel shuttle would take us directly to the bus pick-up point for our return journey, advising us to simply inform the front desk in advance. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which was a huge plus for keeping our clothes clean. On the day we checked out, the driver immediately recognized us – he was the same person who picked us up two days prior! Our stay was smooth and very satisfying."

"This time in Libo, I stumbled upon a great guesthouse. From an environmental perspective, it's not huge but has a very personal touch. Built into the hillside and backing onto the Zhangjiang River, it's a quiet and secluded retreat – truly refreshing. Waking up to a rooster crowing in the morning and falling asleep to the sound of crickets at night, with mountains and water right outside your door – it’s a big thumbs up from me. Now, let's talk about the amenities – there's a lot to say! While everyone else was visiting the main attractions, we were exploring the back mountain, enjoying the beauty of an 'empty mountain with no one in sight.' We caught rabbits, picked fruit, chased butterflies, did some rubbings, and played house. The kids were sweaty but absolutely delighted, having such a great time they forgot all about home. No crowds, double the relaxation, deep breaths of fresh air, and a slow pace – another big thumbs up. Often, the unexpected sights you encounter on a trip are far more charming than anything you plan for. Spontaneous, natural relaxation is truly the meaning of travel!"

There was a hotel called Zai Shui Yi Fang next to the water, which was opened by their relatives. The room was very clean. Because it was off-season, they helped us upgrade the room. We could see the fields and mountains opposite. The things inside were also fully equipped, and there were even care packages. The toiletries were also from Adolf. I have a bit of a cleanliness obsession. The bathroom was cleaned very cleanly, without any dirt, and the white towels were all clean. The whole house is equipped with smart products and an elevator. There shouldn't be many homestays with elevators here. At least you can be happy when you move things. After exploring the caves, you can't even walk. At this time, you will find how happy the elevator is. Then we asked them to arrange a cave guide. The pictures on the Internet really can't be taken so beautifully. The guide was my aunt's brother. He was very patient. He equipped you with a hiking pole and a headlamp. He explained to us patiently along the way and introduced us to plants and animals. We took pictures and took our time with the children. He kept waiting for us and was very patient. After we came back, we had dinner at the B&B at night. The price was not expensive. The native chickens were more than five pounds. Half of them were fried and half were stewed. One chicken could have a meal for the whole family. The taste was also good. I felt very happy that I could eat it after the exploration. The breakfast tasted good, and the boiled noodles tasted especially good. Finally, I really want to give a thumbs up to the uncle and aunt. The service was so good, and it felt so warm. It was very easy to communicate with them. We wanted to go out and play but were afraid that we would not be able to come back. The uncle was so enthusiastic and said that he would pick you up. It is the harvest season for loquats. When we left, the aunt packed a bag of loquats for us. Oh my god, I don't usually write reviews, but I really have to give a thumbs up to this one. Hygiene is one part, and service is really the majority."

"The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the Xiaoqikong and Daqikong scenic areas. There's a private path from the hotel that leads directly into the Daqikong Stone Bridge, just a 2-minute walk. We happened to visit when the park just reopened, and it was quite sunny, so it was super convenient to come back to the hotel to change and freshen up after playing in the water. The room amenities and decor were thoughtful and comfortable. The hotel also has a 'catch-a-bug' activity where kids can look for various insects, put them in a small box, and exchange them for a folding umbrella at the front desk. We caught a helmet beetle and a grasshopper, which were then displayed in the lobby as 'Big One' and 'Big Two' – my child was thrilled! Lastly, every staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, we were very satisfied! 👍"
