The hotel is located in the center of Lijiang Old Told but not like other hotels on the street, it has an amazing because of its height. The room is very clean, the restaurant also has the best view in town with tasty and delicious traditional foods like hotspot,...The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly as well, he helped us a lot and gave us very clear instruction what place was good to travel to. I will definitely come back this place when I come back to Lijiang.

Excellent customer service. You will enjoy the scenery at this hotel because of the location.It's close to the old town street where it becomes very lively at night. Additionally, there is an in-house photographer that takes your photos as an in-house guest here for free and will send you via wechat. The front desk is very helpful.

I really liked the location of the inn and the wonderful view, very accessible to the old town. The staff at the inn were also very helpful despite language barriers as I don't speak chinese, one of the staff assisted with booking of tours and arrangement of alternative transport to some places that I wanted to go. Good value for money and nice rooms! Good experience.

We really like this Inn. It is located on the mountain in Lijiang old town with a nice view over the city. Perfect location! We got a free upgrade to a bigger room because it was available at the time. The room is clean and looks very nice, we love it. The staff is very caring and helpful. They help you to find all important locations and even walk with you if needed. They have contacts with a travel agency to book different activities. The staff does not speak English but they try their absolute best with translation apps and we always figure things out together. Food is wonderful here, they have their own restaurant in the Inn and the food is the best I've had traveling through China. Breakfast is simple but delicious. We were first planning to stay for only one night, but extended it to three nights because we like it here.

Great service. I find boss Zheng is very helpful. This is especially useful for foreign travellers. He will try to suggest to you the best way to do the travels here if you ask him. His other staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Also, for the price point this is a great hotel.

The hotel is located in the old town, fully equipped, the hotel grounds are very cute, you can take hundreds of photos without getting bored. Because it is located in the old town, they will come down and carry your luggage to the hotel, so you don't need to worry about how to get there. If you need to wash clothes, there is free laundry here, and the hotel staff are also enthusiastic to help. They are very cute, recommend to everyone when coming to Lijiang.

Very friendly staffs who helped to carry our bags to the room. Room is perfect, toilet is very clean. Nothing to fault this place. It is within the old town vicinity. Very convenient to walk around. Perfect. Highly recommend this place to stay.

All the way up in the old town, be prepared if you have big luggage to climb and be tired.
