"Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit. Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof. Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."

Welcomed at the alley by the manager, greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality towards the kids by giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room (based on availability). Breakfast choices were simple, healthy, and fulfilling each day. Really nothing beats a slow morning looking out at the majestic mountain. The hotel staff were all approachable and easily reached via WeChat, they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms were clean and spacious! They also offer a complimentary tea set, a free shuttle to an ancient town of our choice, and a free airport transfer. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but we had no trouble getting Didi in and out daily. Would stay again if we come back to Lijiang!"

Lobideki karlı dağların manzarası gerçekten çok güzel ama ne yazık ki biz oradayken hava güzel değildi. İşte bazı rastgele düşünceler. İlk gün odanın köşesinde ölü bir örümcek vardı ama ertesi gün süpürüldü. Ön büroya tırnak makası olup olmadığını sordum. Ön büro bunları 20 yuan karşılığında kendim alabileceğimi söyledi, ben de reddettim ve yerel bir manikürcüden randevu aldım. Ayrılmadan önce, havaalanında ücretsiz karşılama hizmetinin mevcut olduğunu öğrendim ve resepsiyona bir saat ayarlamaya gittim. The homestay's breakfast was incredibly thoughtful and well-prepared. It featured comforting and delicious tomato and egg rice noodles, alongside Western-style toast, fresh fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. The balance of meat and vegetables was perfect, and the flavors were light and palatable. Every breakfast was a delightful and satisfying start to the day. Plus, there's a lovely afternoon tea served daily, which was a very sweet touch. 🥰 The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the moment I looked up, with layers of clouds swirling around the snow-capped peaks. Below, the lush fields and clear water created a beautiful tableau. We could enjoy this stunning natural landscape without even leaving our room. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were refined and complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided warm and attentive service, taking great care of our entire family throughout our trip. Celebrating my birthday at the foot of the snow mountain, surrounded by beautiful scenery and supported by such thoughtful service, created an incredibly atmospheric and memorable experience. This high-quality accommodation made our birthday trip extra special and truly complete.
