"Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit. Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof. Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."

Welcomed at the alley by the manager, greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality towards the kids by giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room (based on availability). Breakfast choices were simple, healthy, and fulfilling each day. Really nothing beats a slow morning looking out at the majestic mountain. The hotel staff were all approachable and easily reached via WeChat, they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms were clean and spacious! They also offer a complimentary tea set, a free shuttle to an ancient town of our choice, and a free airport transfer. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but we had no trouble getting Didi in and out daily. Would stay again if we come back to Lijiang!"

Lobideki karlı dağların manzarası gerçekten çok güzel ama ne yazık ki biz oradayken hava güzel değildi. İşte bazı rastgele düşünceler. İlk gün odanın köşesinde ölü bir örümcek vardı ama ertesi gün süpürüldü. Ön büroya tırnak makası olup olmadığını sordum. Ön büro bunları 20 yuan karşılığında kendim alabileceğimi söyledi, ben de reddettim ve yerel bir manikürcüden randevu aldım. Ayrılmadan önce, havaalanında ücretsiz karşılama hizmetinin mevcut olduğunu öğrendim ve resepsiyona bir saat ayarlamaya gittim. Havaalanı servisi olup olmadığını sordum ve üç gün önceden rezervasyon yapılması gerektiği söylendi. "I must say that the service was really good. The staff is fast to reply even though it is now peak period here. Come early for breakfast if u are here during this time because there was practically nothing much left this morning. It was fine on the first day. I stayed two days. I think what attracted me to this hotel were the workshops and other activities they offer. It is also near shuhe ancient town which has a more rustic charm as compared to the other ancient towns. They are also a 7 min drive away from Muyu and Lan restaurant, some of their popular trending restaurants here. Overall the environment is very chill and has lots of green. You can call for a buggy to bring u to the main entrance or back to your room. The rooms are villa style which is refreshing after the minsu(s) I stayed in. Cleanliness wise esp the floor could be better, I gave the feedback and they immediately got housekeeper to clean up for me. A good value stay when you get the voucher on the app. I will come back again. Ps. There are 3 resorts in the same area which can be confusing. But just get the"

"The cleaning was excellent. Because I arrived early, I witnessed the cleaning process firsthand. From removing trash to replacing toiletries, the whole process was meticulous and thorough. I specifically checked the corners of the bathroom and the back of the smart toilet; there wasn't a speck of dust. The floor was mopped with a wet mop followed by a dry mop, going back and forth several times, truly leaving no streaks. There weren't even water stains on the washbasin. The bedding felt clean, was laid out neatly, and had no strange smell, making for a comfortable sleep. The sun in Lijiang is very strong; perhaps because of this, the bedding seemed to have just been sun-dried. These details were done better than many hotels, making the stay worry-free and hassle-free."
