"Bu konaklama yerinde 3 gece kaldım, ardından Kaplan Atlayışı Kanyonu'nda yaptığım yürüyüşten sonra 1 gece daha kaldım, toplamda 4 gece. Konaklama yerinin ortamı özellikle iyi olarak tanımlanamaz. Kaplan Atlayışı Kanyonu ve Yeşim Ejder Kar Dağı gibi yerlere gitmek için gereken otobüs durakları Eski Şehrin Güney Kapısı yakınında bulunurken, otel Kuzey Kapısı yakınında yer alıyor. Eski Şehrin içinde olduğu için taksi veya toplu taşıma kullanmak çok elverişsiz. Bu konaklama yerini Korelilerin yazdığı yorumlara dayanarak seçtim. Korelilerin bu konuda herkesten daha seçici olduğunu düşünmüştüm... ama durum böyle değildi. Bireysel deneyimler farklılık gösterebilir ve yorumlar ezici bir çoğunlukla olumlu olduğu için, bunun böyle olmadığını açıklamak için kendi kişisel yorumumu yazmaya karar verdim. Bu konaklama yerinin genel değerlendirmesi ortalamanın altında. En tatsız yönü ise dolandırılmış gibi hissetmemdi. "Stayed here in end Aug where there wasn’t much snow cap on the mountains and a lot of clouds blocking the mountain peaks, but I’d say that the room view is still really nice because there’s sun, lake, mountain, clouds all in one! What we appreciated from this hotel: 1. The views: on day 1, we had afternoon tea (complimentary with our booking) and just enjoyed the view. We also tried to catch sunrise from our bed, and also enjoyed the view over complimentary breakfast at Level 1. 2. The service: this is the most supportive service we’ve ever had among all the hotels in China and other countries we have been to. - transport: They helped us to schedule complimentary pickup transfers from Lijiang train station to the hotel on our first day and from hotel to Lijiang Sanyi airport on our last day. - Taobao: They also helped me a lot with my many Taobao orders, across communicating with the delivery people, collecting (1x a day) from the collection point, returning some items as they weren’t fitting, applying for refund as my parcels still didn’t arrive on the last day etc. - other advice: getting used to higher altitude in Lijiang, how to use the washing machine & dryer, recovering from diarrhoea, whether we can still visit Lijiang Ancient City at night - other hotel items: gave us makeup remover and cotton pads when we had our photoshoot etc. - food: packed breakfast for us when we had day tours that started from 6am and asked us to pick our breakfast if we’re eating at hotel a day before. - housekeeping: they’d ask us if we’d like housekeeping when we waited for our didi to come. For the 6am day tours when reception wasn’t open yet, we texted them for help to tidy the room and we came back to a tidied room when we returned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super comprehensive service, we highly appreciated this. 3. Toilet: this toilet has a bidet! We were pleasantly surprised by this. While the area around the hotel is generally still developing, to which one of our Didi drivers said there was growing interest in real estate around the area, among the 3 hotels we stayed in Yunnan so far across Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, this is the best one we have had 😊"

The most welcoming staff was definitely the dog, 金豆, that greets you when you arrive in the daytime. Was a really great and pleasant stay"

The only downside is my sister and I were too lazy to go out, haha!"

"The hotel has a great ambiance, and the service was excellent and very thoughtful. I didn't have to touch my luggage at all; the hotel staff handled everything. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated. For a hotel of this caliber, especially with so many international guests, having Dyson hairdryers should be standard, not just 'Laifen'. It was a bit humid, and there was some mold near the sink. However, other aspects of the sanitation were indeed very good. The facilities are probably due for an upgrade. A big plus is that the hotel staff always took off their shoes when entering the room."

"This guesthouse was the highlight of our Lijiang trip! The design is so tasteful, a renovated traditional Naxi courtyard that perfectly blends classic charm with modern aesthetics. The flowers and wooden structures in the courtyard are incredibly photogenic. The housekeeper was incredibly attentive! From picking us up to helping us plan our itinerary, they took care of every single detail, even reminding us to bring sunscreen. They also specially prepared afternoon tea with coffee, drinks, and snacks, and in the evenings, there was warm sweet soup and fresh fruit – perfect after a day of exploring. The room was even better than the pictures! The loft and terrace combination was such a pleasant surprise – you could see the snow-capped mountains from the loft and the ancient town from the terrace. The toiletries were Bvlgari. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Lijiang!"

It featured comforting and delicious tomato and egg rice noodles, alongside Western-style toast, fresh fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. The balance of meat and vegetables was perfect, and the flavors were light and palatable. Every breakfast was a delightful and satisfying start to the day. Plus, there's a lovely afternoon tea served daily, which was a very sweet touch. 🥰 The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the moment I looked up, with layers of clouds swirling around the snow-capped peaks. Below, the lush fields and clear water created a beautiful tableau. We could enjoy this stunning natural landscape without even leaving our room. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were refined and complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided warm and attentive service, taking great care of our entire family throughout our trip. Celebrating my birthday at the foot of the snow mountain, surrounded by beautiful scenery and supported by such thoughtful service, created an incredibly atmospheric and memorable experience. This high-quality accommodation made our birthday trip extra special and truly complete. "Probably the best service ever, we managed to get a clear view of the mountains.. the room us clean, very spacious, and also equipped with high tech (projector, marshall soundbars, dehumidifiers, led mirrors, motorised curtains).. we were greeted with welcome fruits, rose cake and tea.. and the homestay is very near shushe ancient town (very unique town and less crowded), its also easy to get halal or muslim food arnd here. They also provide free charter service to Baisha and Shushe town daily, and helped to carry our luggages. It was easy to communicate with them tok, fast reply anytime of the day via wechat, and most importantly its very easy to get didi to Jade mountain or anywhere. Definitely worth it.
