"It's rare to come across a hotel I'm truly dissatisfied with. I went to the hotel front desk that evening and asked which room type would have a museum view and a good view. The front desk staff said business class, so I booked one. After unloading my luggage and going up to my room, I realized it didn't face the museum at all. I called the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but they said they didn't have any museum views. So, why not tell me from the start that there weren't any rooms with museum views? I wouldn't have paid more for a business class room anyway! Also, the air conditioning in the room was weird. We set it to 25 degrees Celsius, and it automatically shut off at that point. The waiter came up and said we could just turn it down a bit. We lowered it to 20 degrees Celsius, but they said it wouldn't shut off automatically. I said 20 degrees was too cold, but the waiter said it wasn't, it was a very comfortable temperature. They then told me to keep an eye on it to see if it would shut off again, and then left. Those two things were already quite unpleasant, but the worst part was the itchy feeling I felt all night, which prevented me from sleeping well. This hotel has a great location and spacious rooms, but that's about it. The service was completely subpar. Tips for booking: Before booking, be sure to ask whether the room type has a view of the museum. Also, book a room that is frequently occupied, as the bedding will be changed and the room will be cleaned more frequently."

The room was exposed to the west during the day, which meant that the main control was actually at the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was just for show. Although it was over 20 degrees at night, I was sweating. I communicated with the front desk many times, and the waiter was very friendly and brought a fan. But it didn't work. If I hadn't found it when I returned at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the child had fallen asleep, I would definitely check out. I traveled in Hunan for a week, and the air conditioners of hotels over 100 yuan could be turned on at will, but this four-star hotel that cost several hundred yuan didn't even want to turn on the air conditioner, and only the lobby on the first floor had the air conditioner turned on. It's really outrageous! I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again."

And the room is so big for rest with appropriated proportions. The lotus hotel is so clean. Moreover, staff team is so kind and friendly for all guests especially foreigners are warmly welcomed from them. They tried to suggest everything for you living in here and solve the problem from guests with smoothly process. Lotus hotel will be admitted in my mind when I missing Liling city🥹🥹.
