"Invited by a friend to visit Liling Ceramic Valley, I booked a room temporarily. I got a leisure suite by accident. Hygiene: Average. The front desk said that the leisure suites are all on the seventh floor, so I can hear the sound of the mahjong machine in the next room, so I won’t say anything. Facilities: Complete. "I came to Liling to visit relatives and originally planned to stay at the Wyndham, but my relatives said there was a new one nearby, so I stayed there instead. I travel for work all year round and have stayed in countless hotels in countless cities, but this was the last room I found. I called the front desk to ask why it was the last room, and the first thing she said was that she didn't have any rooms left. I said she should have told me earlier that she didn't have any rooms left, so I could choose not to stay. Then she said she didn't know it was the last room... Considering it was almost 2 a.m., I hung up. I've been traveling for work for over ten years and have stayed in hotels all over China, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this. "This is my first negative review of a hotel, and I just had to write it! I was stuck in traffic and had to find a hotel on short notice, thinking that Lavande, being a chain, wouldn't be too bad. But when I arrived, I was shocked. I booked three rooms. Room 811 had a huge orange oil stain on the pillowcase—I could see it from a distance even with my nearsightedness. You're supposed to be a brand, right? Why couldn't you just throw away a pillowcase with such a huge oil stain? Room 311 had a black stain on the pillowcase, and the floor was the same. I didn't even bother checking Room 812, but I'm sure if two of the three rooms I booked were unsanitary, the third wouldn't be much better, and none of them were the cheapest room type in your hotel. The soundproofing was also terrible; it was so noisy at night I couldn't sleep. The cleanliness, soundproofing, and service were all terrible. When I checked in, I asked for an extra blanket for Room 311, and the front desk agreed. Later, I asked if I could get one for Rooms 811 and 812 as well, and the front desk said no, they didn't have enough blankets. I said, "Okay, then I'll just get one for Room 311," but in the end, they didn't give me any blankets at all."
