the only drawback is the hotel does not provide the airport or station pick up and drop off service

The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

This was a great location. It was right on the beach which made listening to the ocean waves and sitting to enjoy the quiet wonderful. I wound definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Keri, at reception was kind enough to give us the ground floor room we asked for, which was amazing! Breakfast here was my family's favourite. Everything was fresh and the choice was extensive. My favourite sun loungers are at this hotel, so comfortable.
I have amenities a 4/5 because the slides are lovely but no water runs down them and they are not slippery. And the cool bridge over the pool apparently had one broken rope, why not fix it?
Overall, if your are looking for a place away from the crowds with a wild surfing beach and super friendly service, I would stay here. We will definitely return, thank you for everything😊

One of the best hotels in fuliwan lingshui area, I would rate it as 4 star, location is peaceful, next to the beach, service is good and staff is efficient, breakfast choice can be made better, room service was limited after 11pm, room rate is a bit over priced.

The hotel was nicely decorated and our room was very nice and comfortable. The pool and water park was very nice and a lot of fun for my daughter and I. We would have liked more western food options but the staff was very kind and accommodating. The Spa service was lackluster, make sure you read the fine print. Many activities for kids such as go carting, horseback riding, pool toys and obstacle course.
