The room was new and clean. For 1099 RMB, we got tickets for two adults, which means the room itself was only about 600 RMB, plus breakfast for four. What more could you ask for? The value for money is absolutely excellent. Our main reason for coming here was to interact with the marine animals, but the price has doubled, which is really annoying. In June, 1588 RMB would get three people interactions with three different animals. Now, it's 3188 RMB, which makes me not even want to do the interactions. Taking photos costs extra too. Just letting the kids get close to the beluga whales isn't worth it; I remember doing the beluga whale interaction at Wuhan Haichang for 100 RMB and it even included feeding."

"Staying at the清水湾威珀斯酒店 (Clearwater Bay Weipers Hotel), I found the service to be generally good. Checking out was hassle-free; I just handed in my room card and was free to go, no queues needed. The hotel boasts an incredibly large and beautiful wedding lawn right behind it. It's clear they put a lot of effort into the landscaping, with palm trees, banana plants, and a variety of tropical flowers and greenery everywhere. The pathways are spotless, and the gardens are well-designed and spacious, so you're surrounded by lush greenery as you walk through. Compared to other resorts I've visited, the garden area here feels very open and uncrowded, with wide paths and an impressive architectural layout. From my room, it was just a short walk to the seaside lawn and the white wedding chapel, and the beach was also very close by. It's perfect whether you want to take a leisurely stroll and snap some photos, or wander around with your family. I imagine a wedding held here would be incredibly romantic."

"Traveling with 4 adults and 1 child, the apartment was clean and tidy. The check-in office at the complex entrance was easy to find; a taxi drops you right there. After checking in, the staff helped us move our luggage to the shuttle and drove us directly to our building. For daily travel, Didi (ride-hailing) picks up and drops off right downstairs, which is super convenient. The apartment itself has a great view and is very spacious. The sofa bed in the smaller room was perfect for me and the baby, so I didn't have to worry about them rolling off the bed. The swimming pool within the complex deserves a special mention – the scenery is absolutely stunning, and it's never crowded. The beach was also nearly empty, feeling very natural and secluded. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Qingshuiwan food street. If you have a car or rent an electric scooter, getting around would be incredibly easy. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied."

"The first room was very smelly, so the front desk changed it to another one. I don't know who designed the toilet in the other room. You can only sit upright at 90 degrees. If you bend down a little, you will hit your head. It is also very noisy at night. The balcony is not sealed well. The noise of cars, horns, and noise on the road does not stop all night. It is a very bad experience."

"I stumbled upon a charming hotel with a Song Dynasty aesthetic. It features a private tatami tea table and a Song-inspired elegant residence where you can enjoy the sea view right from your window! Opening the window reveals an endless ocean, and it's incredibly relaxing to just stay in the room and watch the waves. The front desk staff was wonderful, with a gentle tone, prompt service, and they thoughtfully provided check-in tips and local sightseeing recommendations. Even at check-out, they smiled warmly and offered a small gift. The hotel's location is superb, close to the famous Shuikou Bridge. Downstairs is Fuli Bay Beach, and it's also very close to Xiangshui Bay, perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. I was surprised by how complete the amenities are, with an outdoor pool, gym, and an indoor kids' play area. Near the hotel, there are various water activities available, such as jet skis, banana boats, yachting, sea fishing, and surfing, with exclusive discounts for guests. Everything deserves high praise. It made traveling with kids hassle-free, and our stay was exceptionally comfortable."

"I'm so angry! The only things I was relatively satisfied with (and I mean *relatively*) at this hotel were the rooms and the service attitude of a few staff members at the kids' club! There were hardly any activities for children! Just one in the morning and one in the afternoon, both requiring an extra fee! The rest of the time was completely blank! It was too hot and sunny to go out during the day, so for the first time ever at a family-friendly hotel, my child complained about being bored! They even ended up watching an iPad at the hotel! And the main thing is, after playing in the pool in the afternoon, my child developed a fever in the middle of the night!!!! Don't tell me it was a bug brought from the mainland; we live in Qionghai! The next morning, they vomited once and had diarrhea twice! **Both with poop!!!** Luckily, we have good immunity! The symptoms slowly disappeared that same night!! Oh! And those rings you crawl through in the 0.6m deep area of the Haha Water World! Can't you flatten the ground around them?! My foot got cut open!!! We booked two two-night packages, so a total of four nights, and by the second day, I already wanted to go home! I'm truly fed up! Also, the options for takeout were limited!"

After checking, we found out the room was moldy! It's unbelievable for a hotel costing over 2000. The facilities are mediocre, breakfast is crowded, and the greenery certainly doesn't match a 2000+ price tag! I couldn't even find a good spot to take pictures at this hotel. You really should trust the negative reviews online. Plus, in another room, two bugs bit my elderly parents, and they only told me after they got home!"

"The hotel's design is truly exceptional; I particularly loved it, with something beautiful to see at every turn. However, the lighting in the room's bathroom has some flaws, especially around the sink area, which is too dim. I also had to request a separate makeup mirror from the butler, which was quite inconvenient! The butler, Parker, was responsive to requests, but nothing particularly outstanding. The restaurant dishes were all exquisitely presented, but the taste was just average. The young lady at the lobby who seemed to be directing things provided excellent service, even though I don't know her name. But for this price point, I would still recommend the Rosewood; it's generally better overall! The hardware is great, but the software (service) needs improvement! Overall, I'm still quite satisfied!! The hotel is also very photogenic, which I loved, and the service could be even better. They even gave me a cute West Highland Terrier plushie!"

"The hotel is located in a construction and renovation area. Access to the beach in this area is very difficult, although it's good and only a few hundred meters away. The room is newly renovated, but the sink leaks, and the view from the window is of the wall of the neighboring building. The bathroom comes with paper cups and no toilet paper. The staff only speaks Chinese and doesn't use the translator very well. There's nothing to do in this place until the construction is finished. The only attraction is the cable car to Monkey Island."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room type is beautiful, exactly like the boathouse style shown in the pictures. The sea view at sunset is stunning, and you can even go clamming right there at night. It's also not far from the beach, about a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. If you want more variety, a shopping mall is just a ten-minute taxi ride away. The staff at the guesthouse were very polite and attentive. My only suggestion would be to not replace the disposable amenities daily; it would be more environmentally friendly."
