"This hotel has very obvious pros and cons, and my overall experience was just okay. The pros are: the rooms are very spacious with private pools, the resort grounds are well-maintained with lots of greenery, it's very quiet, and not crowded at all. It's perfect for a solo getaway. Now for the many cons: First, the cleanliness is subpar. There are an incredible number of bugs. One morning, as soon as I stepped out, I squashed a huge bug that just burst, and I stood there stunned for a long time. The hotel facilities are very old. I even found broken glass shards from beer bottles on the beach, which is unbelievable. Flies were buzzing around the bread at breakfast, and no one came to deal with them. Secondly, the service was inexplicable. When I arrived and parked my car, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. The butler assigned to me basically ignored my messages. Only when I checked out did he tell me he was on night duty for the past few days – so frustrating. During room cleaning one morning, they folded two of my three shirts. What does that even mean? None of the hotel staff showed any proactive service, and they were all grinning, which made me doubt if they've had proper training. Finally, the hotel's location is very remote. There are no streetlights outside the resort, so you definitely need to drive yourself to get there. I definitely won't be coming back."

The room cleaning service also deserves high praise. The cleaning staff were diligent, responsible, and thorough, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness daily. Beyond routine trash removal, amenity replacement, and bed making, they meticulously wiped down desks, countertops, mirrors, cleaned hard-to-reach spots, and neatly arranged personal belongings. After cleaning, the room felt refreshed and immaculate, maintaining the same level of cleanliness and comfort as when I first checked in, ensuring a consistently pleasant living experience. Next, and of paramount importance, are the cleanliness details of the room – my most crucial criterion when choosing a hotel. This hotel's hygiene standards are on par with high-end establishments, far exceeding competitors in the same price range, providing immense peace of mind. The first impression upon opening the door was one of refreshing spaciousness and pristine cleanliness. The entire room was free of any peculiar odors, dampness, mildew, or cooking smells. The air was dry and fresh, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The room's overall hygiene was comprehensive and thorough, with no blind spots: the floor was sparkling clean, free of dust, hair, debris, or stains. Commonly overlooked areas like the headboard, nightstands, desk, windowsill, TV cabinet, and wall corners were all impeccably clean, with no visible dust or grime. The bedding quality was very satisfying. All sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were crisp white, flat, clean, and fluffy. They felt soft and gentle against the skin, without any yellowing, stains, odors, or residual hairs, clearly indicating they were changed and rigorously sanitized after each guest. The mattress was neither too hard nor too soft, offering just the right amount of support – it didn't feel uncomfortably firm or saggy. The control over hygiene details was truly rigorous. Room amenities and living details were also incredibly comprehensive and thoughtful. They were well-equipped, meticulously maintained, and reliably functional, with design details perfectly catering to the daily needs of travelers. The room's air conditioning had precise temperature control and excellent heating/cooling capabilities. The airflow was gentle and even, and its operation was remarkably quiet, almost imperceptible. It could quickly adjust the room to a comfortable temperature, making it pleasant to stay in year-round. The whole-room WiFi was stable and strong, with seamless coverage and full signal strength. Whether for daily video streaming, binge-watching shows, listening to music, online work, video conferencing, or gaming, it remained smooth, without lag or disconnections, perfectly meeting both work and leisure demands. What was most surprising was the exceptional soundproofing. The doors and windows had excellent sealing, and the walls offered solid insulation. Multiple power outlets and USB ports were strategically placed by the bed and desk, allowing convenient charging without fighting for plugs or needing long cables, perfectly accommodating simultaneous charging of multiple devices like phones, tablets, and power banks. These detailed designs were especially thoughtful and practical. Furthermore, the room's overall space was spacious and airy, with a rational layout that didn't feel cramped or confined. The soft furnishings were simply comfortable, and items were neatly arranged, creating a strong sense of quality living. The selection was incredibly rich. The flavors were light and palatable, neither greasy nor overly strong. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the taste was consistently good. The nutritional balance was scientific, satisfying general tastes while also catering to seniors, children, and those with lighter dietary preferences. Each day offered different options, ensuring you could eat well and heartily, starting your day fully energized – a truly rich and delightful breakfast experience. Public areas were fully covered by surveillance, and night security patrols were diligent, providing a reassuring and secure stay. It felt incredibly safe and secure whether traveling alone or with children. Considering my entire stay, this hotel achieved top-tier standards among hotels in the same price range across eight dimensions: location and transportation, environment and ambiance, hygiene standards, hardware facilities, service details, dining quality, safety assurance, and value for money. The entire experience was consistently excellent, with flawless details and no weaknesses or shortcomings. The overall quality far exceeded what its price suggested, truly offering exceptional value and delivering exactly what was promised – no discrepancies between pictures and reality, no misrepresented features. Compared to several other hotels of similar caliber I've stayed in recently, this one's overall experience is absolutely top-notch. The service is heartfelt and not perfunctory, hygiene is rigorous and not lazy, facilities are complete and not outdated, and the environment is comfortable and not oppressive. The sea view is as shown in the picture, it is really solid. There is no problem with the furnishings in the room, the equipment, and the butler service is also in place. Disadvantages: The beach downstairs, sunrise and sunset can not be seen."

"The room wasn't as big as I expected; in fact, the rooms on the first floor seemed larger. The hotel service was excellent; any issues were resolved immediately. Every night, there's a complimentary sweet soup. I didn't try it, but the butler always informed guests it was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Right outside the hotel is a street full of bars, including 216 Restaurant & Bar and Malt, all just a short walk away. It's a great way to spend time, just chilling there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. At night, the bars are incredibly lively and bustling – definitely a young crowd!"

"Second time at Kimpton, and it's still my favorite! I drove here, and there were plenty of parking spots right at the entrance. As soon as I arrived at the lobby entrance, a doorman opened the car door, took my luggage, and guided me through check-in! The front desk lady was very pretty and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything! A concierge also helped deliver my luggage to the room! Let's talk about the room. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable – no complaints there! The facilities are complete, and every detail showcases excellent design; even the hangers are unique and creative! Every small detail is incredibly thoughtful! There's a hidden vanity, Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, Maison toiletries, Duravit bathroom fixtures, smart toilet, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The entire room's color scheme exudes old-money charm and is very carefully considered! The minibar is generously stocked with a variety of complimentary drinks, and the bedding is very comfortable! The lighting design is excellent, with bright and soft modes to choose from, and the night light design perfectly suits my habits – not dazzling but still providing light! Breakfast is served until noon, which is super friendly for those who love to sleep in – pure bliss! There's a good variety of breakfast items, semi-buffet style, and everything is delicious! I'd stay here for days just for the breakfast! There are also free tricycles available at the hotel entrance, but you need a motorcycle license. Taking one out for a spin in the morning is incredibly pleasant!"

From the patient answers at the front desk during check-in to the prompt response from room service, every staff member has a sincere smile and any needs are addressed promptly. 🛏️ The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, the bed sheets and quilt covers are as white as new, there is no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and every corner is spotlessly clean. It is a very safe stay. 🏊♂️ The facilities are complete, and the smart devices, air conditioners, kettles, etc. in the room are all intact, and the experience is maximized! "Our stay at Capella Sanya unfortunately coincided with Typhoon Maysak, but it didn't dampen our spirits at all. We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and secluded getaway. The hotel is nestled in Tufu Bay, and its iconic stargazing dome creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting with stunning light and shadow play. The Lè Shuǐ Residence is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The daily mini-bar selection is generous; a small suggestion would be for the hotel to perhaps replace some of the carbonated drinks with more child-friendly options. The afternoon snacks and evening cocktail ritual added a touch of ceremony, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. During our stay, we tried both the Thai restaurant and the Lan Ting Chinese restaurant, and both offered excellent food, ambiance, and service. The travel photography experience was also a nice touch. All in all, staying at Capella is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing and unwinding – a truly healing vacation experience. I especially want to thank Luna, our cultural tourism butler, for her attentive and thoughtful 24-hour service. Her overall service was meticulous and gentle, always accommodating our requests, and she even prepared a thoughtful farewell gift!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!"

On the balcony, there was a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a drying rack. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, with both a shower and a bathtub available. The living room sofa was clean and tidy. Behind the building is the Clear Water Bay commercial street, making dining very convenient. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!"
