酒店環境，房間衞生，前台及客房服務都很不錯，尤其是客房服務人員，連續兩天忘帶房卡，不厭其煩的幫我開門，看我裏面有行李，一直在門口守着，等我到了才離開，我們是一家三口出行，還多給我們幾瓶水，雖然是小錢，但是細節直接拉滿！讓人感動滿滿！給客服部點贊👍不得不吐槽的就是早餐，門口迎賓人員，自己不在固定崗位，事後又追着連問幾遍房號，搞得我們好像是渾水摸魚來蹭早飯一樣。早餐內容較單一，下碗麪條或餛飩，還要看服務員臉色，一副很不情願的樣子，8點去，基本就衹能看到一種水果，根本不會添加，餐墊上還殘留着上一桌客人的零星餐食，餐桌上的轉盤也油膩膩的，體驗感非常差，建議連住幾天的千萬別選有早餐的，一天兩天還可以，我連住五天，不吃覺得浪費，吃了又受氣。酒店總體很滿意，唯一的敗筆就是早餐部的服務，有種一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥的感覺，餐飲部有必要好好培訓下了！
