"Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about."

"As a long-standing high-end hotel, the hardware is top-notch – the room is incredibly spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, the service mindset is truly disappointing. I booked for three nights and wasn't upgraded (even though many rooms weren't occupied). We were traveling with a child, yet they arranged wedding photography and makeup right across from our room. I can't imagine what they were thinking when assigning rooms. This is miles away from what you'd expect from a chain like Atour. In summary, I guess they don't care about money, but where's that 'Hospitable Shandong' spirit?"

"As a high-end brand under Jinjiang, the service quality at Park Plaza truly needs improvement. My Trip.com order allowed for a late check-out until 3 PM, but around 1:30 PM, they called the room insisting I needed to check out by 2 PM. My child was still napping and was completely woken up, disrupting all our plans. When I asked about it at check-out, the front desk staff finally checked the order details and confirmed that check-out was indeed at 3 PM. They explained their standard procedure is to call guests around 1:30 PM to remind them to leave. This kind of workflow and service level is completely unsuitable for a high-end brand; it's a clear issue with their service attitude. The complimentary 'Shan Tang' mentioned in the Trip.com order is also just a gimmick; it simply means 'Shan' porridge is available at breakfast, so if you have breakfast included, you get it. The hotel's surroundings are also subpar, with a dilapidated building complex on one side. Overall, neither the service nor the environment meets expectations."

"This place is suitable for travel and vacation. The Wenshui Hou queen bed means that the building at the back is not the main building. The service is good. I was in a hurry to catch the car. I checked out directly when I met the staff when I went out. The deposit was refunded immediately. There was no trouble. I went to the front desk and dragged my luggage. It was really inconvenient, so I took a taxi and left directly from the north gate. It was really good. This place is in the town. A taxi is about 8 yuan. It is very cheap to go east from the north gate to eat in the town. After you are full, it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk back. Linyi fried chicken is so delicious"

"This room was absolutely fantastic, very large and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room amenities and breakfast were excellent. It truly lives up to its InterContinental brand, definitely a five-star standard. The service was also exceptional. A special shout-out to Manager Xu Zhuoyue, who proactively informed us about a municipal power outage on our second night and provided solutions. Great job!"

"The room was covered in dust when the sun shone on it, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the room was very cold. There were two air conditioner remotes, but one was broken, only the vent near the door was blowing air. The bathroom was freezing; you had to wear a coat to use it, making it impossible to bathe the child. We didn't dare expose our hands all night. I especially want to talk about the hot spring. We'd always used another place before, but since there were no rooms available, we decided to try Aohua. It was terrible. You could walk in the hot spring wearing clothes and your own shoes. You could eat anything in the hot spring pools. Someone even spilled instant noodles in the large play pool! Slippers were allowed everywhere, and some elderly people and children were even wearing pajamas in the pools. It was like a giant public bathhouse. The changing area smelled awful, and the showers—there were only four and they were filthy. Now I understand why it was so cheap. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go there again."
