Club Cala Ratjada

Arrived in the night buffet meat and cheese available. Rooms are very basic but clean. Cheap food pork and veal all meals was luke warm/cold not much variety staff friendly No entertainment. Wouldn't recommend or go back. Definitely Wouldn't pay more than £400 for whole holiday.

Nice and clean rooms, clean towels every day. The beds are like lying on bricks. Far too hard for us, but that might just be our preference. Air conditioning is quite old, so barely noticed it to be honest Two different pool areas, both are nice. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols for everyone. . Staff are kind enough, apart from one man who works in the kitchen, he rammed a trolley into the back of my legs and then a big box into my partners back, with no apology. Food is fine, will always find something to eat, but more catered to Germans over British. The snacks throughout the day are basically hot dogs on a piece, not great. Drinks were ok, although there was one day/night where they had ran out of most spirits. Which I think was quite unacceptable, when you are looking for a drink and had paid all inclusive. Overall it was nice enough, but would not go back or recommend to any of my friends or family.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long transfer bus from the airport we were fortunate enough to check in a bit early! I would recommend instead of coach transfer use the public buses as a little cheaper, easy to use and a lot quicker dropping you about a 5 min walk from the hotel! When we got to our room we had our first issue that we were unable to actually get into our room due to a lock issue, after a few back and fourths to reception we managed to get in. The rooms are standard and we were fortunate to have a balcony overlooking the pool which was a pleasant view. The only other issue with the rooms is that none of the three rooms we had seemed to have working air-con making sleeping at night quite uncomfortable at times. The pool bar staff were really friendly and always happy to help and there was a wide variety of drinks available including slushy and Sam Miguel on tap. Food was a bit hit and miss but there was something that could be eaten every day. It was a bit of a shame although advertised when we booked there was no entertainment during the day but thankfully as a nice pool area and close proximity to a really nice beach it was easy to keep entertained. The area is predominantly German with lots of young groups there which we really enjoyed and had great fun with even though we spoke very little German. The hotel is close to the town which offers lots of nice bars and a couple great clubs with plenty of restaurants. A lovely area to walk around especially in the evening Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves, and for the price you get what you expect. We would all go again.

Hotel terrible, it had 3 stars when they opened it, the bedspreads on the beds were dirty, probably in blood, mattresses probably new, springs stuck in the back, sockets falling out of the wall, damaged furniture, broken shelves, we were terrified when we entered the room, in the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling, at least we had no cockroaches like the others in their rooms. Food without any frenzy, chips every day, no substitutes, drinks and alcohol okay but consumed in excessive amounts by our German neighbors resulted in swimming in the pool until 1 am ... Hotel okropny, 3 gwiazdki to miał chyba jak go otworzyli, narzuty na łóżkach brudne, chyba we krwi, materace chyba od nowości, sprężyny wbijały się w plecy,wypadające gniazdka ze ściany, poniszczone meble, urwane pułki, byliśmy przerażeni jak weszliśmy do pokoju, w łazience pleśń na suficie, przynajmniej nie mieliśmy karaluchów jak inni w swoich pokojach. Jedzenie bez szału, codziennie frytki, nie było zamienników, napoje i alkohol okej ale spożywany w nadmiernych ilościach przez naszych niemieckich sąsiadów skutkował kąpielami w basenie do 1 w nocy …

Hotel ma już swoje lata świetności za sobą. Stare budynki i cała ifrqstruktura wszędzie beton i odpadające kafle. Baseny duże głębokie co do ich czystości to budzą zastrzeżenia. Stołówka szwedzki stół śniadania kiepskie obiady i kolacje takie sobie nikt nie chodził głodny. Pokoje stare lecz czyste codziennie sprzątane łazienka dużo do życzenia odpadające kafelki i unoszący się zapach melioracji czyli smród. Bary słabe chociaż alkoholu nie żałowali. Jedyny plus to położenie w mieście blisko restauracji sklepów i około 1 kilometry do pięknej plaży.

Primero y antes que todo agradecer a todo el personal del hotel por su profesionalidad y esfuerzo dada la cantidad de horas que estás allí y lo poco con lo que cuentan. Increíble el trabajo que hacen y la actitud que tienen frente a las personas que nos alojamos allí dada las condiciones en las que está el hotel. Les deseo toda la suerte del mundo en sus próximos trabajos porque lo valen. Desde el personal de recepción hasta Lulu la animadora de los niños. Nosotros hemos estado una semana, el entorno es paradisiaco. El primer día encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación y mi hijo entró en pánico y lo comunicamos a la recepción dada la muy buena respuesta de la recepcionista que supo torear perfectamente el asunto supusimos que todo el hotel estaba igual así que nos fuimos a comprar spray anti cucarachas. (Se trató con un mimo increíble a mi hijo de parte de recepción) El AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONA tampoco es culpa de los empleados. Tuvimos que estar los siete días con dos ventiladores baratos en la habitación asados. Las piscinas están bien pero no sé si es por la cantidad de cloro o poca limpieza o no se me empezó a ole mal todo el rato y un sabor raro en la boca. Por los bordes de la piscina hay burbujas amarillas y básicamente suciedad. Vuelvo a repetir que no es culpa de los empleados porque en este hotel de paso FALTA PERSONAL Las habitaciones para mi están limpias, no se como lo harán las camareras o camarera de piso pero limpias están. Pasemos a la calidad de la comida. LA PEOR COMIDA que he comido nunca jamas, no he comido así ni en el comedor del colegio. Ya no solo repetitiva si no que estaba mala pero mala mala malísima. Por último para los vasos del bar hay que poner un depósito de un euro, hasta ahí bien luego te lo devuelven cuando devuelves el vaso. Pero CUIDADO que yo me he tenido que llevar los cuatro vasos de la foto sin devolución a mi casa porque mi bus al aeropuerto salía a las 9:45 y el bar abría a las 10:00 y en recepción no les dejan que te devuelvan el dinero de los vasos porque les dicen que eso tiene que ser en el bar así que por huevos me he tenido que llevar cuatro vasos que no quiero para nada. Por otro lado, mi hijo quería tirar con arco que lo pone en las fotos de las ofertas del hotel en todos lados y no hay tiro con arco y el gimnasio tampoco lo hemos visto en ningún sitio. Al dueño del hotel le diría que dejara de explotar a sus trabajadores y de estafar a la clientela

Comida incomible, fría y asquerosa. Comimos el primer día y al día siguiente mi marido y mi hijo estaban malos del estómago. La piscina no la limpian habia hasta un bañador dentro y esta llena de arena de playa. Socorrista a punto de jubil**** y a su rollo.... el TI asqueroso no se puede comer nada de lo que te ponen. Las críticas que he leído se quedan cortas del asco que da el hotel. La recepcionista te dice que hay poco personal, habitaciones sucias, vasos y platos más de los mismo. No lo recomiendo para nada. He estado en muchos hoteles y no he visto nada parecido.

Nos ha gustado mucho el complejo, habitaciónes amplias para 4 personas y con buen aire acondicionado, el buffet todos los días con variedad y la comida estaba buena, el personal es de diez, muy amables y te tratan de lujo. Sobre todo los del restaurante y chiringuitos. Es genial para familias y niños... Nos ha sorprendido mucho. Gracias hotel cala ratjada!!

Hotel zasługuje na najwyżej dwie gwiazdki. Pokoje do remontu , meble stare. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bez smaku a jeśli chodzi o higienę w restauracji to katastrofa. Na śniadaniu najsłabszy wybór. Bar i basen ok. Obsługa bardzo mila. Okolica jak i plaża ok. Dużo barów i restauracji. Generalnie nie polecam hotelu.
